Pedig egyszer visszamondtam egy rendelést, de meg tudtuk beszélni. Más csempeboltba nem is járok. :) I have bought here several times in recent years. I always liked the quality selection, I always got polite help and they paid attention to my orders. I once canceled an order, but we were able to talk. I don't even go to any other tile shop. :)

Engedik, hogy nézelődjek, nem loholnak a nyakamba, viszont amint jelzem, hogy segítségre van szükségem, jönnek. We ordered from them for the third time, they are always helpful and kind. Az egyik kiszállított tétel - valószínűleg két külön gyártósorról származott - színhibás volt, nagyon gyorsan becserélték, külön ezért mentek ki a külső raktárba, hogy nálunk ne csússzon a munka emiatt. Large selection, helpful workers (both sellers and warehouses)! One of the items shipped - probably from two separate production lines - was defective in color, it was replaced very quickly, so they went out to the external warehouse so that the work would not slip with us because of it.

They have a great selection and they don’t just work to order. Many products can even be taken away immediately (they are in stock right under the showroom). They can also help with shipping. The sellers are friendly, helpful and flexible in solving any problems that arise.

Benn egy belső üveges irodában ülnek a dolgzók, a zene üvölt. De se hozzánk se más vevőjelöltekhez nem jöttek ki. Díszcsempét találtunk 11400ért, máshol 7900ért megvettük ugyanazt. The selection is plentiful. Most of the prices are out. It's worth looking around. Service is not taken for granted. Inside, workers sit in an interior glassy office, the music roaring. But they didn't come out to us or to other customer candidates. We found decorative tiles for 11,400, elsewhere we bought the same for 7,900.

It is better to visit the shop personally ?it helps if you have reference picture what you are looking for and price interval. ?Generally 10% of the quantity has to be counted as a plus to have enough coverage ?ask how much is in one box. If eg. 2 m2 in the box and you need 3,5m2 you need to order 2 boxes. It is true every place like this ☺️ ?they have also lots of catalogs to choose from ?they have tiles, floor coverage for inside and outside, saniters, interior doors, pergolas etc.
