K	Kitti Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az állatorvosok nagyon jók, foglalkoznak a kutyával, ő volt az első doki, aki nem csak az oltást adta be, de megnézte a kutya általános állapotát és egyből megállapította, hogy ételallergiás. Az állatorvosoknak 5 csillag! Viszont a kozmetika más... az 1 csillagos...a hölgy aki a kozmetikában van, napközben egyedül intézi a kutyakozmetikát és a recepciót (kutyák kiadását), emiatt a kozmetikaba vitt kutya az asztalon van egyedül kikötve felügyelet nélkül. A kutyám megijed, amikor meglátja a kozmetikust (pedig voltunk már egy párnál, és nem szokott), a kutyát a nyakörvével ráncigálják be a helyiségbe, miközben én ott állok...vajon hogyan kezelik őket amikor a gazdi nem látja...nem ajánlom!! Vigyétek az állataitokat egy kevésbé futószalag kozmetikába ahol normálisan bánnak velük és nem a nyakuknál húzzák be őket az utcáról!! Eddig minden rendbe lett volna , ha a tesztet megcsinálják . Sajnos mindezek után hívtak , hogy fertőzöttek a macskák és altatni kell őket . Fél nap és 60 ezer mínusz , de végül két üres hordozóval jöttünk ki . Nagyon szomorú és nem a pénz miatt , hanem a cica felesleges altatás és műtét miatt . Ők is gyógyíthattak volna helyette más betegeket . Sajnalom a rossz tapasztalatott , de remelem máskor másokkal nem fordul elő. We brought two rescued cats here, asked for a test and neutering. Sajnos a kiskutyánk állapota nem javult, ezért el is kellett mennünk a rendelőbe, ahol viszont átvizsgálta a kutyánkat, és igazából egy másik betegségre hívta fel a figyelmünket. Célratörő, érthető módon mondja el, hogy mi van a kutyánkkal, és mit érdemes, miket lehet vele tenni. Igazából egy másik orvoshoz jártunk volna, de engem a doktor Úr meggyőzött. It tells you in a purposeful, understandable way what is with our dog and what is worth it, what can be done with it. We would actually have gone to another doctor, but I was convinced by the Doctor.
K	Krisz Bodnar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hozzájuk jártunk a kutyánkkal az elmúlt időszakban,mert beteg volt.Segítőkészek voltak,de fogalmuk nem volt,hogy mi baja a kutyánknak.Téves diagnózis felállítása miatt sok felesleges gyógyszert és ételt vetettek meg velünk aranyáron,hogy az majd meggyógyítja a háziállatunkat,de nem így lett.Volt vérvizsgálatunk illetve még jó pár egyéb vizsgálati eredményünk előző orvosoktól,amit az itteni állatorvosok nem hittek el,ezért kellett csináltatni újat,természetesen még több pénzért,ugyan azt az eredményt kimutatva.Majd folytatódott minden,bakteriális kezelések eszméletlen mennyiségű pénzért,arról nem is beszélve,hogy a kutyánk már nem is bírta ezeket.A végén elvittük egy professzorhoz aki tájékoztatott,hogy a kutya nem allergiás és nem bakteriális fertőzésben szenvedett,hanem parazita támadta meg.Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a helyet,mert nincs megfelelő szakértelem.A kutyánk azóta is beteg a gyógyulás több hónapot fog igénybe venni a többször félrekezlés miatt. Mindenki nagyon kedves, és szeretettel bánnak az állatokkal is. We come here regularly with 3 kittens. Nagyon kedves volt mindenki, kapott a műtét után egy klassz kis rucit, amiben már másnap fel tudott ugrani a szekrény tetejére. Ebből is látható, hogy a fájdalomcsillapítás is profin meg lett oldva. A seb is nagyon szép. Délelőtt lett volna a műtét, de megoldották, hogy délután vihessük, hogy tudjunk segíteni a szállításban.Emberségesek, közvetlenek és rendkívül kedvezőek az árak.
