Az ajtó több mint 100 kilós, minőségi, szinte úgy záródik mint egy széf. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Fair company. The owner personally helped with everything. The door was super, both the installation and the delivery time were punctual. The door weighs more than 100 pounds, quality, almost closing like a safe. I can only recommend it to everyone.

A szegőlécek a mai napig nem kerültek felszerelésre! The door installation was delayed by 2 weeks compared to the scheduled time, and the adjustment error announced at the beginning of November was reported at the end of January, while the door could not be opened! To this day the skirting boards have not been installed!

A felmérés, a papírozás, a megrendelés folyamata teljesen rendben volt (az előleg- és teljes számlákat postán és PDF-ben is elküldték), a beépítést pedig profi csapat végezte el másfél nap alatt. A takarítás és a törmelék-elszállítás szintén az ár része volt. Nem olcsó cég, de minimális fejfájással sem járt részemről a procedúra, az ablakok pedig remekek, szóval megérte megríkatni a pénztárcát. ;) A colleague of mine recommended the business, I did a full window and door replacement with them in a panel apartment. The survey, paperwork, ordering process was perfectly fine (advance and full invoices were sent by mail and PDF), and the installation was done by a professional team in a day and a half. Cleaning and debris removal were also part of the price. It’s not a cheap company, but the procedure didn’t have a minimal headache on my part, and the windows are great, so it was worth whining your wallet. ;)

A házunkban cseréltettük ki az ablakokat + redőny + szúnyogháló. 2019 őszén a földszintet és 2020 tavaszán az emeleti részeket. Szépen dolgoztak. Az ügyvezető első körben alkalmazottra mutogat (felelős ügyvezetőként egy cégben azt gondolom ez értelmezhetetlen) majd a munkaerőhiányra hivatkozik, a dolgozók az ügyvezetőre panaszkodnak. Aztán persze megint nem érkezik meg minden a megrendelt és kifizetett termékekből, ekkor megint újabb ígéretek jönnek. Ha valamit elrontanak nem vállalják a felelősséget. Nekünk van olyan ami a mai napig nem érkezett meg és elérhetetlenek azóta is. Folyamatos ígérgetés és kiszámíthatatlanság, ha az ember nyomatékosabban jelez nekik hogy azért ez nincs rendben akkor azonnal fenyegető hangnemre váltanak. The manager first points to an employee (as a responsible manager in a company I think this is incomprehensible) and then refers to the labor shortage, the employees complain to the manager. Then, of course, again, not all of the products ordered and paid for come, then again, more promises come. If something goes wrong they don’t take responsibility. We have something that hasn’t arrived to this day and has been unavailable ever since. Constant promise and unpredictability, if one signals to them more emphatically that this is not the case, they immediately switch to a threatening tone.

It is a very fair company: it is characterized by excellent customer service, communication, in my opinion very high quality products and reasonably priced prices. S	Sztefan Sztefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon érdeklődtem rendelés elott, hogy mikorra érkezne meg a teraszajtó, majd kaptam egy dátumot. Mondom rendben akkor e-mailben megrendeltem. Válaszlevelben az ígért datumhoz képest 2 héttel későbbet igazoltak vissza. Majd miutan elerkeztunk a visszaigazolt datumhoz, nem jeleztek, hanem Én érdeklődtem, hogy hol van a megrendelt ajtó, erre azt a választ kaptam , hogy késik még 2 hetet. Megbizhatatlanok I inquired by phone before ordering when the patio door would arrive and then I got a date. I say okay then I ordered by email. In the reply letter, they were confirmed 2 weeks later than the promised date. Then after we arrived at the confirmed date, they did not indicate, but I inquired where the ordered door is, to which I was told that it was 2 weeks late. They are unreliable
