Sokat rendelek neten keresztül, de ilyen alacsony szintű vevőszolgálattal még nem találkoztam. Egy valamire való cég ilyenkor helyettesítő terméket ajànl fel ugyanolyan áron. Úgy tudom van is nekik második utánnyomott kiadás persze többszörös áron. Ezt inkább nem kértem. Azóta a könyvet megküldték ingyen postával. A felajánlott ingyenes példányt nem fogadtam el, az eredetileg visszaigazolt áron kértem és kaptam a terméket. Ezért egy csillaggal javítom az értékelést. As with the previous reviewer, only I was not answered for nine days. My personal interest was that the book was out of print. I order a lot online but I have not met such a low level customer service. In this case, a company offering something will offer a replacement product at the same price. I know they have a second reprint, of course, at multiple costs. I didn't ask for that. Since then, the book has been sent by free mail. I did not accept the free copy offered, I requested and received the product at the originally confirmed price. Therefore, I am improving the rating by one star.

A 11 napja megrendelt könyvet nem szállítják, majd ennyi idő elteltével küldenek egy e-mailt, hogy bocs az első kiadás már elfogyott (ami szerintük annyiba került, amiért visszaigazolták a vételt), de a pontosan ua. és ua számon nyilvántartott második kiadás négyszeres áron megvásárolható. Incorrect, scam company! The book that was ordered 11 days ago will not be shipped, and after that time an email will be sent out that the first edition is out of stock (which they thought was the price they confirmed), but exactly ua. and the second edition, registered under number one, can be purchased at four times the price.
