★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon örülök, hogy megismerhettem ezt a vállalkozást. Sürgősen szükségem volt egy autóra, mert az én kuplungom megadta magát. Felhívtam a CsiGa autókölcsönzőt, és udvariasan, készséggel álltak rendelkezésemre. Sok kérdést tettem fel nekik a bérlés menetét illetően, a korábbi rossz tapasztalatok miatt. Minden egyes kérdésre részletes kielégítő választ kaptam. Már a telefonos egyeztetést követően bizalmat szavaztam nekik és meglátogattam a Budafoki úti telephelyüket. Megmutatták a bérelhető járműveket és hamar ki is választottam egy Toyota családi autót. Tiszta autó normális külsővel, megbízható menettulajdonságokkal. Az 5,3 literes fogyasztásról ne is beszéljünk. :)
Szerencsére a matricával és a parkolással sem kellett bajlódjak, mert olyan automatika van az autókba szerelve, hogy minden vásárlást intéz magától. Stresszt, időt spóroltak nekem :)
Ezen díjak (matrica+parkolás) ellenértékét a szintén jelképesnek mondható 50.000 ft-os kaucióból vonták le a végén a kocsi visszavitelénél.
Sok sok vállalkozás példát vehetne arról az egyszerű profizmusról amelynek tanúja és résztvevője lehettem. Még találkozunk :)
I’m so glad I got to know this business. I urgently needed a car because my clutch gave up. I called the CsiGa car rental and they were politely available. I asked them a lot of questions about the rental process because of previous bad experiences. I received a detailed satisfactory answer to each question. Already after the telephone consultation, I voted for them to trust them and visited their site on Budafoki út. They showed me the rental vehicles and I soon chose a Toyota family car. Clean car with normal appearance and reliable driving characteristics. Not to mention the consumption of 5.3 liters. :)
Luckily, I didn’t have to bother with the sticker and parking either, because the automation is so installed in the cars that it makes all the purchases on its own. They saved me stress and time :)
The consideration for these fees (sticker + parking) was deducted from the 50,000 ft deposit, which is also symbolic, at the end of the car's return.
Many, many businesses could take examples of the simple professionalism I have witnessed and participated in. I'll see you :)
