Hat alkalommal próbáltam meg leadni egy nadrágot, de egyszer nem sikerült 8:50 előtt kinyitni a boltot a kihelyezett 8:30-as nyitás ellenére. Lehet, hogy jó munkát végeznek, de ilyen hozzáállással... Öt hónapig vártam a tisztítószalon telefonhívását az elkészült tisztításról. Öt hónap elteltével bementem a kis cédulámmal. A hölgy váltig állította, hogy ő hívott, és mi beszéltünk telefonon a tisztítás elkészültéről. Mondtam, hogy nem, nem beszéltünk. Válasz: de, biztos, hogy beszéltünk. Ezek után nem láttam értelmét tovább vitázni. Egyébként előtte már nyáron is és közvetlenül a bemenetelem előtt is reklamáltam az Erzsébet utcai boltban. Összesen öt alkalommal kerestem fel valamelyik üzletüket ebben az ügyben. Elnézést egyik helyen sem kértek. (Az ajtóra egyébként ki van írva, hogy csak szájat és orrot eltakaró maszkban lehet bent tartózkodni, én így is mentem be, de a dolgozók közül senkin nem volt maszk.)
