J	Judit Dr Szilágyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etelek jók, ízletesek voltak- árak elfogadhatóak. Bejárat zavaró - utca irányáb ól lezárva, jelzés nincs a tényleges bejárathoz. Helyismeret nélkül bonyolult megtalálni! The meals were good, delicious - prices were acceptable. Entrance distracting - closed from the street, no sign for the actual entrance. It's hard to find without local knowledge!

A kiszolgálás lassú,a női mosdó két wc-ből áll, az egyikben áll a víz,a másik wc tetőjét pedig nem lehet felhajtani. Amikor a feleségem ezt szóvá tette, azt mondta a felszolgáló, hogy a rossz deszkáról tudnak (?!), a másik problémát meg mosolyogva vette tudomásul. Vezető sehol, a pincér egy fél mosollyal intézte el a helyzetet, semmit sem tett azért,hogy a mosdó használható legyen. Sajnáljuk, mert az ételek finomak, de a kiszolgálás nem megfelelő, a higiénia pedig emiatt igencsak kifogásolható. Unfortunately, on our last visit, we didn’t have as many good experiences as before. Service is slow, the women’s sink consists of two toilets, one with water and the other toilet can’t be folded up. When my wife made this point, the waitress said they knew about the bad board (?!), She took note of the other problem with a smile. Driver nowhere, the waiter handled the situation with a half smile, doing nothing to make the sink usable. We are sorry because the food is delicious, but the service is inadequate and the hygiene is very objectionable.
C	Csorba László on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teljesen jó volt . Reggeli , ebéd és a vacsora is nagyon finom volt . A szoba kényelem tiszta és otthoni volt. It was absolutely good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were also very delicious. The comfort of the room was clean and homely.

A belvároshoz közel, mégis nyugodt helyen, biztonságos belső környezetben ideális hely a várost felkeresőknek. Very fair service, kind staff, maximally adapting to individual needs. Close to the city center, yet in a quiet location, in a safe indoor environment, it is an ideal place for those visiting the city.

O	Oksana Sereda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called on the phone. They said they have a room. We wanted to book a room. They hang up on us on the phone because they couldn’t speak good English. We arrived to the hotel around 10:30 pm, it was open and nobody was at the reception. We called the phone number that was at reception stand and the guy said “no room”. We saw at least 2 rooms available empty with keys inside the door locks open. The guy never showed up. Weird. Well, guys, no money for you. Oh, I forgot to mention. We even have an online reservation that was sent to our email to confirm the stay
