I am not at all satisfied with the bed they are ordered. We received the order in early April and by now it has been shown how cheap the workmanship is. The frame itself, as well as the lying part, is glued together from its swaying sheets (which are constantly deformed) onto which a 5 to 7 cm thick sponge is thrown. The fabric it was coated on began to wear beautifully after 3 months, although we take care of the bed. If I could score the product, I would give 2 out of 10 points. I could have bought a lot better for that price.

We ordered the sweety fall-proof crib for our little boy. Although assembly instructions were included in the package, the pieces were not marked in any way as to what to assemble. And there were some of the parts that needed more, not enough, and there were more and needed of others. The bed itself is nice and good, which I don’t really like is that the heel of the fall arrester is very sharp, prickly, right on the side where my little boy climbs off the bed. We glued a corner protector over there. I also assigned a size-accurate rubber sheet to the bed, I would rather not detail its quality.

We ordered a baby crib and a waistcoat before Christmas! The bed size was 10cx larger than the one we ordered, so the waist was small. In addition, the bed was damaged and broken in several places. When we noticed this, the old crib had already been taken by its new owner, so my two-year-old daughter would have had no place to sleep if I sent her back. I have indicated and we have agreed to send a suitable replacement product at the time agreed in January. On January 7, they phoned to post the product on May 8th. We disassembled the bed on the 8th and prepared for delivery as agreed. On the morning of my phone call, they said they had forgotten to say they hadn't given up because the waist was not ready. Today is January 14, 2020, and the crib hasn't arrived yet, the other one has since been "avoided" in the foreground, and every day the question is, "Where's my bed !?". "Thank you" Qingling !!!

In January of this year, we purchased the second product from Qingling. Last year we bought a cot and now a wardrobe in my son’s room. We received super quality products, with punctual delivery, in abundance on time. The customer service was kind and polite, they informed me precisely, I got satisfactory answers to all my questions. I’ve been waiting for the bed I ordered from them for two weeks, it’s obviously not their fault they handed over to the courier service on time. I also asked for their help, contact the courier service because they simply cannot be reached (MPL). I thought if they could hand over the bed, they would only be able to inquire about it afterwards, as it is also in their interest to get me what I ordered on time. I asked them several days if they already knew something. The answer was always, "I passed it on to my colleague." Then on the 4th call I called them for an hour, they didn’t record, then I tried to record it from another song right away and there was a soft whisper, giggle in the background. I was always politely interested. I ask, why write in the email to call with confidence ??? Apparently I also lodged the complaint at the courier service center, so I wasn’t just “harassing” them. For my money, I would expect me to receive due respect as well. I was deeply disappointed.

I ordered a swing from them in early August. The next day I wrote an email that there is no material for the swing that I garden, I choose from the existing ones. I said I would stay with the chosen one, I wait for the material. True, it took me a month to get it, but they were very kind and helpful. :) We even got a little bit on the swing for our patience. :) We are satisfied. :)

Anyone buying a SWEETY anti-fall cot should expect that only the feet and headrest are made of quality material. The rest of the bed is made in basic quality. The edge protection of the furniture boards cuts and scratches. And the mattress that can be assigned to it does not fit into the frame (too big), it must be cut to size with a sniper. In addition, the height of the 7 cm mattress relative to the frame is very low, making it uncomfortable to sit on it because the end of the frame is the person’s foot. Therefore, I expected higher quality for the amount. (with one or two hours of work it can be transformed so that the mattress is higher and it is already okay)

We bought a fall-proof FILIP SONOMA cot from them. The product arrived in the promised 3 weeks, there was a slight disruption in delivery - but that was already due to MPL’s fault. The purchased product was delivered in 3 boxes, mounted on a sheet. I haven’t put such furniture together in my life, but I had to deal with it. The enclosed Polish assembly instructions could easily have been omitted from the package because it didn’t help anything, but confused. Adding to the problem is that some of the holes in the furniture panels were not in the right place, and the number of screws obtained did not match what was described. Of course, I won a two-hour fight, and the end result makes up for everything. (The defects outlined are the responsibility of the manufacturer and cannot be blamed on the importer, therefore 5 stars.) UPDATE: The folded bed collapsed one night after the 14.5-pound child after 2 weeks of use. As it turned out, the bed frame is constantly stretched by the mattress (which is a little maybe oversized) and this should be compensated by a single wood fiber brace with 2 screws. Well, that's ridiculously little. I do not know how such a bed has been certified for 100 kg. In any case, with the help of small lumber and tools, I made two more stiffening slats, and so the structure is already noticeably more stable.
