Nagyon szépen ápolt történelmi házacskák, mind az 1800-as évek elején épült. Az utcák is nagyon hangulatosak. Van itt helytörténeti gyűjtemény is, amit érdemes felkeresni. The old town of Csongrád, as the locals call it, is an "inner city" not far from the famous Kőrös throat. Very nicely maintained historic cottages, all built in the early 1800s. The streets are also very cozy. There is also a local history collection here that is worth visiting.

A közelben megcsodàlhatjuk a Kőrös torkolatot ès a híres fahidat is. A híd túloldalàn jobbra letèrve èlvezetes túra vàr az ártéri erdőben. Nice, authentic, monumental part of town. Like an open-air museum, there are also accommodations here. You must log in to visit the museum. Nearby you can admire the Kőrös estuary and the famous wooden bridge. On the other side of the bridge, turning right, you can enjoy an enjoyable hike in the floodplain forest.
