Kérem Önöket a jövőben sokkal nagyobb hangsúlyt fektessen a forró drót, telefonos ügyfélszolgálat működtetésére, mert az ott kapcsolható kollégájuk olyan mókás hangulatban van hogy kineveti a telefonáló, adott esetben megrendelő problémáit, és nem biztosít időpont egyeztetéséhez lehetőséget, nem fogadja a megrendelést csak érthetetlenül beszél. Nem értem egy 30 éve működő cég hogy engedhet meg magának ilyet....

Ui.: Ne haragudjon, de nekem az nagyon nem jó jel, hogy több jelent meg, mint előtte, aztán ismét ugyan annyi van, mint mielőtt írtás történt volna!! Gondolom Ön se megy oda vissza, ahol nem az elvártakat és az ígérteket kapja meg!
