★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerettem vola ruhapróbára menni hozzájuk egy szombati napon, és azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy semmi akadálya, de a ruhapróba 20.000 HUF lesz. Én ennyit nem akartam kifizetni egy ruhapróbára úgyhogy lemondtam az időpontot ezzel az indoklással. Egy héttel később egy kolléganőm mesélte, hogy ő is bejelentkezett hozzájuk ruhapróbára teljesen ingyen hétköznapra.
Csak kapkodtam a fejem, hogy miért nem tájékoztattak arról, hogy hétköznap mehetnék ingyen is ruhát próbálni?! Sajnos ez nagyon jellemző a Daalarnára, hogy nem tájékoztatnak teljes körűen mivel ez sok esetben plusz pénzt hoz nekik a konyhára.
 I loved going to a vola dress rehearsal with them on a Saturday, and I was informed that there was nothing to stop me, but the dress rehearsal would be 20,000 HUF. I didn’t want to pay that much for a dress test so I canceled the appointment for that reason. A week later, a colleague of mine told me that she, too, had checked in for them to try on clothes for a completely free weekday.
I was just shaking my head, why weren't they informed that I could go try on clothes for free on weekdays ?! Unfortunately, it is very characteristic of Daalarna that they are not fully informed as this will in many cases bring them extra money for the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed in them. Their sales and marketing person is absolutely useless. I enquired about a bespoke dress (in Hungarian) and basically she did not care about what I wanted but instead was trying to force me to chose something I specifically said I did not want. She also wanted me go in a meet them in person. I live abroad so I said it's not possible for me to pop-in and only would fly over if they were more helpful and I feel I can trust them. I ended up spending 4 times more than their dresses which is their loss really. I give two stars because she did respond though.
Have to say, gotta love Hunagrians giving them 5 stars even though they never dealt with them and one is a car service :D. Complete joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not Hungarian, the dress will cost double price for you - aweful company strategy which they do not want to change!! I gave 2 stars only because the dresses are so beautiful and have really good quality. So, if you have a hungarian friend, take them with you, so that you dress costs 800 EUR instead of 2000+. Sad...
