- Misinformation on phone about the room type, prémium 3p room images not matching with reality, (different rooms images are same on website)
- refrigerator was missing from premium room.
Likes:
+Flexible problem solving, easily switched room to 4p prémium.
+Kind staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel placed close to frequented road with a lot of truck traffic very soon in the morning and the room noise isolation is poor. The hot water system is piped below the top floor layer, but the thermal isolation is also poor, so there's always too warm on the room unless you open the windows for the whole day, no AC. The restaurant meals are practically just microwave quality but not the prizes. Stay only if you have to.
