Az ígért 2-3 hetes szállítást még mindig nem teljesítették, pedig már a 6-ik hétnél tartunk. Ígéretek vannak, termékek sehol...

Három belső fényzáró rolót rendeltem. A két nagyobb 78/118 as kisebb mint az ablak 3 és 5 mm-el. A fogadó profil alá kellett távtartónak alátétet rakni. Nem értem, ha nem utángyártott hogy történhet ilyen? A csomagolt szerszámmal lehetetlen szerelni, vásárolni kell egy ilyen profilú csavarhúzót. 3 nap használat után, kiderült, ha a nap süti, akkor az anyag "hasasodik". Kíváncsi vagyok mi lesz kánikulában?

Köszönettel tartozok. 4 db tetőablakot rendeltem. Kiszállitás előtt módosítottam, eggyel kisebb méret kell. Pénteken hívtam őket, vasárnap hozták 4 ablakot az egy darab modosítottal. 3 hét múlva bontásnál derült ki, szintén egy méret nem lesz jó. Hívtam Őket hogy ki tudjuk-e cserélni. Szinte már másnap szóltak hogy mehetek az ablakért. Gördülékenyen ment minden. Köszönöm mégegyszer :)

I don't know if the delivery man was just a driver or from the company itself. But the delivery was a very unpleasant and surreal experience. Never seen this before anywhere and we order a lot. He called to say when he would arrive, so we waited for him at the fence. He arrived but just stood there on the street. We thought he is doing some paperwork or has a phonecall, so we waited for him to finish his business, come out of the van and tell us what is going to happen. Like any delivery we are used to. From this moment on he was very mad at us. Apparently we should have known to come to him instead. And we should have known to make room for his van to park in. So we made room for the van. He parked in and just started and ranting how we were rude and he never saw this before and he didnt care anymore. About our posture and body language and bla bla bla.. Just going on and on and on. My wife asking him to calm down and saying there is no problem didnt help at all. When he threw a box against the wall of the house, my wife with baby in her hand told him to be careful and relax. Then he rudely explained by doing it a few more times (the box making cloink cloink noises) that its only the roof materials. Not the window. So it doesnt matter at all. Ah yes. She of course should have known this too. I helped him put the heavy windows 2 meters from the van. He showed us all. my wife signed and thanked him. He said nothing and left. Almost ending up getting stuck in the deeper than you think gutter next to our driveway. Like many before him. But my wife was even kind enough to tell him just before it would have happened.. The company itself was fast to deliver. No problems with the website or communication. We paid. it came. If the windows are all ok when they put them in the roof, and they would just hire a normal delivery guy, it would be 5 stars without thinking! But this delivery man made it a very bad experience that noone deserves at 9 in the morning.
