Mivel az első alkalommal a hölgy mondta,ha már valaki volt a családból,akkor kedvezményesen vizsgáztatnak, így most is rákérdeztem erre a lehetőségre. A hölgy azt mondat most is van ez a lehetőség,23,000 Ft-t fogok fizetni. A vizsga rendben is zajlott,bár az autó az ott levő 1 órából kb. 15 percet állt bent a műhelyben, a többi idő nem tudom mivel telt el,mert semmi sem történt vele,kint áll a műhely előtt. Senki sem közölte,hogy miért kell még várakoznom. A fizetésnél ismét rákérdeztem a kedvezményre, megint az volt a válasz,hogy 23 ezer, mert ha úgymond utcáról jönnék, akkor 25 ezer forint lenne! Másnap kíváncsiságból felhívtam a szervizt és megkérdeztem,hogy mennyibe kerül a vizsgáztatás, mert gyanús volt ahogy a hölgy kezelte ezt az egész kedvezmény részt. Érdekes módon a telefonban már eleve 23,000 Ft-t mondott a hölgy. Akkor most mi van? Miért nem mondták, hogy nincs is kedvezményt, miért érzem magam átverve?
Our family's cars have been tested by them several times. Since the lady said for the first time, if she was already someone from the family, they would be given a discounted exam, so I asked about this option now as well. The lady says I still have this option, I will pay 23,000 HUF. The exam also went well, although the car took about 1 hour from the 1 hour there. He stood inside the workshop for 15 minutes, the rest of the time I don’t know how it went because nothing happened to him, he stands outside in front of the workshop. No one told me why I still had to wait. I asked about the discount again when paying, again the answer was 23 thousand, because if I came from the street, so to speak, it would be 25 thousand forints! The next day, out of curiosity, I called the service and asked how much the exam would cost because I was suspicious of how the lady had handled this whole part of the discount. Interestingly, the lady already said 23,000 HUF on the phone. So what now? Why wasn’t they told there wasn’t even a discount, why did I feel cheated?
