Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet, változatos és finomak az ételek, jó a wellnessrészleg, tiszták, szépek a szobák, és a kilátás is gyönyörű a Balaton felőli szobákból. Semmi oanaszunk nem lehet, mindenképp szeretnénk még ide visszatérni We came for two nights with my mom and sister, we were very happy with everything. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is varied and delicious, the spa is good, the rooms are clean and nice, and the view from the rooms facing Lake Balaton is beautiful. We can't have anything, we want to come back here anyway
A	Attila Kerék on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Zajos szoba, valami búgott egész éjjel, kibírhatatlan és nem lehet nyugodtam aludni (102 szoba) -A szobába ijesztő figurás tapéták a falon, totál nem vonzó, kinyitva a mosdóajtót ezt látod az ágyból feküdve, rémisztő de komolyan... (csatoltam) -6db csatorna van összesen a TV-n, de vagy 100 ki van listázva -A wellness részleg nem működött a mi foglalt időpontunkban, ráadásul előre le kellett volna foglalni az időpontot + nemis közölték előtte telefonon, hogy időpontfoglalos. (ha tudom hogy aznapra nem is tudok wellnesst foglalni csak másnap reggel 8-ra nemis mentünk volna, csak a wellness miatt mentünk amúgyis, erre azt az egyet nem kaptuk meg reggel felkeltünk csak ez miatt és elromlott a jacuzzi ott jelezte a személyzet) - A wellness részleg nem a fő épületen belül van, hanem egy másik épületben, amit csak kültéren lehet megközelíteni (télen nagyon kellemetlen) -Nem franciaágy van, hanem 2 egyszemélyes összetolva, nagyon könnyen szétcsuszik -Lámpa fürdőbe gyenge, folyosón ki voltak égve, Előnyök: Reggeli finom bőséges Balatonparton van, szép kilátás A személyzet alapvetően kedves volt -Noise room, something buzzing all night, unbearable and you can't sleep well (102 rooms) -The scary wallpapers in the room on the wall, totally unattractive, when you open the washbasin door you see this lying out of bed, scary but seriously ... (attached) -6 channels in total on the TV, but or 100 are listed -The wellness department did not work at our booked time, in addition, the date should have been booked in advance + it was not announced by phone in advance that it was booked. (if I know that I can't even book a wellness that day, we wouldn't have gone until 8 the next morning, we only went because of the wellness anyway, we didn't get that one anyway, we woke up in the morning just because of that and the jacuzzi was broken, the staff indicated) - The wellness area is not inside the main building, but in another building that can only be accessed outdoors (very uncomfortable in winter) -No double bed, but 2 singles pushed together, slipping very easily -Lamp in the bathroom is weak, they were burned out in the hallway, Advantages: Breakfast is delicious and plentiful It is on the shores of Lake Balaton, nice view The staff was basically kind
A	Antonella Rajzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak dicsérni tudom a helyet.Rengeteg pozitív élménnyel távoztunk párommal.Bármi probléma adodott a személyzet föleg,a rrecepciós és a pultos erön felül megoldották kedvesen mosolyogva.az ételek kivetel nélkül izletesek es böséges volt. A konyhán dolgozok is mindent megtettek az extra kivánságainknak.Összeségében a teljes személyzet a nap 24 órájában a rendelkezésünkre ált mindenben pedig 2-3 óra alvás jutott a 3napon mindenkinek. Itt még a vendég a fontos és a megfelelő kiszolgálás és mindezt mosolyogva. I can only praise the place. My partner and I left with a lot of positive experiences. I also work in the kitchen and did everything for our extra wishes. Here even the guest is important and proper service and all this with a smile.

It's quiet and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. My cousin called the place the crow palace when we could get a look at it from a distance and I can agree. They facility need a full renovation least to say. The rooms are very poor, old and hard beds, a lot of things are broken inside, like the toilet, shower etc. The staff was helpful and nice though but I wouldn't recommend or come back here again. We paid around 85 EUR for two rooms.
К	Кристина Петкова on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh). The hotel has a whole new renovated set of rooms and the personal are very friendly :)

The overall experience was good and the buffet breakfast helped a lot. Depending on the asked price, I recommend this place.
