Gyönyörű szalon tiszta és igényes! ?? Én Klaudiához járok nagyon megvagyok vele elégedve! ☺️Nagyon kedves, barátságos és ez mellet nagyon szuper munkát is végez!! ?‍♀️?‍♀️ Szeretek hozzá visszajárni! Nagyon jó tanácsokkal lát el engem és a hajam? Bátran merem ajánlani a szalont és Klaudiát is! ☺️ Ne félj hívd bátran őket! ☎️

Minden alkalommal nagyon boldogan távozok, hiszen mindig azt kapom, amit kérek!:) mielőtt a szalonba jártam volna, sajnos sikerült egy fodrásznak eléggé elrontania hajam, azt hittem sosem lesz belőle az, amit szeretnék. Aztán jött Klaudia:) Nagyon örülök, hogy rátaláltam, hiszen csodát művelt a hajammal, megmentette, ezt pedig sosem tudom neki eléggé meghálálni. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, hiszen hatalmas tehetség! Mindezek felett neki még a gyermek hajvágás sem okoz gondot, az izgőmozgó 2 éves unokaöcsém frizuráját olyan gyönyörűen levágta, mint eddig senki más!:) Klaudia, mégegyszer hatalmas köszönet neked!

Úgy adtak időpontot, hogy amit kértem, azt nem is csinálnak a szalonban.

A napokban Fanni egy csodás balayaget csinált nekem, amit azota se bántam meg! Köszönöm a munkád❤️ Biztos visszatérő vendég leszek nála! ??

Sajnos ebben a rohanó világban az embereknek nincs idejük hogy hónapokat várjanak hajvágásra!A Dancso Erika szalon nem rugalmas és nem a vendég igényeit nézi hogy minél előbb és hamarabb kiszolgálja a vendégeit!Csak az a fontos hogy tele legyen a naptár az időpont foglalással!Ez egoista és egyoldalu viselkedésre valll akiknek nem a vendég a fontos !

Professional hairdresser !!

I hated it! I did not get what I went there for. If you're not a Hungarian speaker avoid this place. You need to speak Hungarian in order to be able and argue with them so they do what you asked for. I messaged them 2 months ago and booked an appointment. I explained I don't speak Hungarian but I visit this town often to see my in-laws. Receptionist at the time said no problem. I asked to see a master hairdresser because my hair is dry and damaged and I needed someone more experienced who can handle my hair and deliver what I wanted . I wanted a balyage (as light as my hair could safely handle it, showed a reference pic and also told them if it can't be as light than its okay, I just want some face framing light) Then 24 hours before the appointment I had a text cancelling on me saying Agi the hairdresser no longer works there, no apologies for any inconvenience of anything of that nature on the text. (Written in Hungarian my partner did the translating) I called them back and upon hearing I'm an English speaker they blocked my number ? My partner suggested that we walk in and speak to them , we did. As suspected the hairdresser on duty explained I was not dealt whith as receptionist doesn't speak English so didn't feel like dealing with it. Receptionist got a hairdresser to look at my hair, I showed them what I wanted , they said that's too light we can do a bit darker. Instead of a master hairdresser there was a younger girl, Fanni. She was very lovely and polite but I didn't get what I asked for. She did an all over tonning/dying job my hair turned out this dark sand brown. Not what o wanted, not even near. I gave up the colour idea and just wanted to get it over with and go. I asked for a trim to remove split ends , my hair has layers and the hairdresser did not give me a trim all over but just touched up the very ends a little, then I asked for a straight fringe trim , she couldn't get that done either. She did a blow dry and some culrs which took way more time than the cut and colour job. This has been by far the worst hair experience I've ever had at the hairdressers ever. Then I wanted to buy some products but they were trying to rush me out , I've never been at a place where they're not eager to let you buy things. This place was recommended to me by friends and family in Szentes but it has been a massive disappointment but at least it is cheap. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
