★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the best haircut of my entire life here. I’ve never seen a barber with such precision and care in his work. I walked in and was immediately served however appointments are the usual. It was the best haircut experience and at a shocking US$16. Go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and skilled barbers. Went there several times to Katona Bence and I can only recommend him, he did a very good job on the fade. Most of the barbers speak fair to distinctive English, communication should not be the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this shop a few times as I live in the area. I thought I found the barber I liked and understood how to cut my hair. I set an appointment with him two days prior only to have the shop email me 1 hour before the appointment saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I went to the shop at the time of my original appointment and the barber had given my appointment to someone else. When I asked the receptionist what happened I was told it was a technical error. Another barber who I suspect knew what occurred was BS and offered to cut my hair. I allowed him to cut it because I did not have time to rebook and risk another cancellation. I suggest people not to waste your time with this business. They seem to only want “local” business and will cancel a non-local customer with no explanation. I will not return and will gladly take my business to another shop.

I’m very very picky when choosing a barber but Gombas Bence was very professional, did exactly what I asked for and I can 100% recommend him! :) I enjoyed service at Dandy the Barber very much and I’ll go there again when visiting Budapest. Do yourself a favour and pay a visit to this barber shop, you will be satisfied! :)

Made an online appointment, but on arrival they made me wait for 1.5 hours for the haircut. They constantly promised they would cut me after the waiting time.
However, after waiting the 1.5 hours, another customer showed up and I was told to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. I only allow two people in the world to cut my beard, my wife is one and I am not the other. Gábor Péter is now the third person. He did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied along the way. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will go back anytime I am in Budapest. Thank you for doing a great job!
