Ehhez előbb le kellett töltenem a BDK alkalmazást a telefonomra, majd saját profilt kellett létrehoznom, e-mail címmel. Már itt felmerül a kérdés, hogy egy 70 éves Mari néni, hogy lesz képes bejelenteni hibás köztéri lámpát. Az alkalmazás béna, a beírt szöveg vége el van takarva, az ember nem látja, amit ír. Aztán, amikor elküldtem az alkalmazást, csak egy 'köszönjük' villan fel, semmi e-mail visszaigazolás, hogy megkapták és dolgoznak a hiba kijavításán.
A legnagyobb baj azonban az, hogy ma, január 27-én, kb. 15 nap elteltével is koromsötétben kellett csúszkálnom a jeges járdán a jelzett helyen, mert ennyi idő múlva sem javították meg. Az

On January 9, I reported a public lighting error in Budapest via the BDK application. To do this, I first had to download the BDK app to my phone and then create my own profile with an email address. Already here the question arises that a 70-year-old Aunt Mari that will be able to report a faulty public lamp. The application is lame, the end of the typed text is obscured, one cannot see what is being written. Then when I submitted the app, only a ‘thank you’ flashes up, no email confirmation that they have received and are working to fix the error.
The biggest trouble, however, is that today, January 27, approx. Even after 15 days, I had to slide in soot darkness on the icy sidewalk at the indicated location because it wasn’t repaired after that much time. The
