Készségesek és kedvesek az eladók.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai rendelésünk így érkezett meg. Megoldás max az hogy küldjem vissza saját költségen és majd visszautalják az árát. A termékek szétesve, piszkosan, karcosan érkeztek meg. Probléma kezelés nulla. Megoldásra törekvés nulla. Náluk minden rendben volt. Nálunk nem így jártunk szerintük.
This is how our order arrived today. Solution max is to send it back at my own expense and then refund the price. The products arrived disintegrated, dirty, scratched. Problem treatment is zero. Striving for a solution is zero. Everything was fine with them. We didn't think that was the case with us.

firstly: could you please use a dictionary for translation to see the meaning of horrible and impolite ( normális means normal in English ) ??? , secondly: could you please use a different defense instead of writing (it did not happen in that way), so what happened?! Write it down ??? ...
Great place with everything we need for decoration, but the owner is a horrible impolite person. I bought a small christmas tree, but its price was not written on it, among many other different trees, which prices were written, I thought that the price of what I have chosen would be similar to other trees... but guess what!!! It was the most expensive one ??? instead of apologizing for such mistake, he started arguing with me (the owner) impolitely...
so sad that such a great place is owned by such a person...
