Többször jártam úgy legfőképpen gyermek cipőkkel,legyen szó papucsról,szandálról,sport cipőről,vagy éppen téli csizmáról hogy néhány hét alatt meghibásodott. Legtöbb esetben az a probléma hogy a cipő oldalán a ragasztásnál szétválik az anyag. Viszont! Én mindíg megőrzöm a dobozt blokkal együtt mert sajnos az a tapasztalat hogy szükség lesz rá. Így minden esetben így viszem vissza és többnyire elküldik javításra vagy ha nem javítható a cipő akkor letudom vásárolni illetve kaptam már felajánlást pénz visszafizetésre is. Szerintem korrekt a cég és a hibát elismerik. Vásároltam már olyan cipőket amelyeket évik hosszú során keresztül használunk (felnőtt cipők amiket már ugye nem növünk ki) és semmi bajuk nincs. Én azt gondolom összességében jó bolt viszont a minőségen javíthatnának :) The store is clean, tidy. I've often bought it here. I think the company is correct and the mistake is acknowledged. I have bought shoes that we use for a long time in years (adult shoes that we are not growing) and have no problems. I think a good shop on the whole could improve quality :)
