Az eladó elutasította a reklamációt nem rendeltetés szerű használat címén. 6000 Ft os cipő és azt mondták 8000Ft lesz a bevizsgáltatás amit neki kell fizetni. Meg a központ is utasította őket, hogy ne cseréljenek vissza cipőket. Nem ő volt az egyetlen mert a közvetlen utána következő reklamációt ugyan így küldték el. Már számtalan konfliktus volt a reklamációk miatt. Nem ajánlom a vásárlást mivel bármi történik a cipővel te károlod el. Yesterday, my daughter brought back her baby's shoes with a quality complaint. A pénzt is csak ajándékkártya formában kaptuk vissza. 1 month old 30 thousand ft shoes fell apart due to a manufacturing defect. Aztán a pénztárnál megint köszöntem (igaz csak egy Helló-t), erre a vörös hajú nagyságosasszony letámadt, hogy nem tudja, mióta tegeződünk. Azt a semmitérő gépi impregnálást meg annyira erőszakosan erőltetik, hogy lassan már nem lehet nélküle cipőt venni. Még azt is mondják, hogy az impregnálásnak köszönhetően nem válik le a cipő alja???Aztán a cipő ugyanúgy szétmegy 3-4 hónap alatt. És amikor visszaviszem a cipőt, akkor persze mindig van kifogás impregnálás ide-vagy oda. Normálisabb helyeken megmondják őszintén, hogy a 15 ezer forintos cipő, az az egynyári kategória és nem variálnak, ha probléma van. De a győri Dechmannok, a szakképzett cipész eladókkal, meg az impregnáló gépükkel a legjobbak ?? Soha többé... I logged in once, greeted, but no response.
