A	Andi Avram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Deichmann márkát magát szeretem, és rednszeresen szoktam a cipőit venni mikor melyik üzletükben, de sajnos ebben az érdi Stop-Shop-ban megtalálható üzletükbe többet nem megyek az biztos. Flegma, megkeseredett eladóval volt dolgom, aki még miután otthagytam 30.000 Ft-ot, öntelten közölte, hogy jó lenne ha összeszedném az összes (2 éves) fiam álltal leborított mintadarab cipőket (kb 3 db). Mindezt miután hozzá teszem összeszedtem és visszatettem a helyére amit tudtam,2-3 db-ot a szeme láttára. Még próbáltam, mikor odajött és egy eldugott helyre beesett cipőt kihalászva az orrom elött kioktatott, hogy ő nem azért van itt hogy helyettem pakoljon. Hát...tudom sajnálni, hogy rossz napja van az embernek, de rossz helyen dolgozik az ilyen ha ő ezt a vásárlókon tölti ki. I can be sorry that you have a bad day, but you work in the wrong place like that if he fills this in with customers.

Se javitás, se csere, se pénzvisszafizetés vagy levásárlás, se bevizsgáltatás, ami pedig törvényi kötelezettségük lenne! Abban bíznak hogy vagy nem ismerjük a jogainkat, vagy nem fogunk élni vele. A legjobb kifogás egy gyerek edzőcipőre, ahol a fél párnak levállt a talpa, hogy homokozóba ment vele a gyerek ezért nem kötelességük visszavenni... Mi sem vásárolunk náluk többet! A gyerekeket pedig le lehet foglalni a leghátul lévő televízión menő mesékkel. The layout of the store is very good, you can easily find what is where. And the people who work there are helpful.
