★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyenge minőségű cípőket árulnak,amit nem ismer el az áruház. 3 hónap után, kijukadt a cípő felső része. A másik cipőnek 3 hét után kiragadt a talp része. Soha többé deichmannos cípő!
They sell poor quality footwear that is not recognized by the store. After 3 months, the upper part of the footwear came out. The other shoe was pulled out after 3 weeks. Never again deichmann footsteps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító hogy kettő hónapos cipőt garanciával nem vették vissza. Teljesen szét ment a cipő. Levált a talpa, levált a bőr az egész felső részén. Két hónapos 16000 ft- os cipőt dobhatunk ki.
It is outrageous that two months old shoes have not been returned with a warranty. The shoes went completely apart. The sole is detached, the upper part of the skin is detached. We can throw in two months old 16000 ft shoes.

We bought a product with a proven manufacturing defect. We got the purchase price back a little bit, but within 1 month. Thank you for the humanity of the staff at the center. If possible, the handling of complaints by shop staff could be further refined.
