L	László Révész on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekem eddig jó véleményen volt a Deichmann-ról,de vásároltam náluk egy általuk utólag olcsónak minősített cipőt (7000 ft) a gyerekemnek!Alig 2 hónap használat után teljesen használhatatlanná vált!Beroggyant a talpa!Gondoltam semmi gond,mert szavatosság van rajta,és vissza vittem!Látható volt rajta a probléma!El is küldték bevizsgálásra!15 nap!Simán visszadobták,hogy biztos nem megfelelő méretet vettem,vagy a gyerek nem megfelelően viselte!Nagyon bátran adják a 6 hónap szavatossági időt,mivel ezzel az indokkal minden egyes reklamációt vissza tudnak dobni!És kb ennyi!Az egész eljáráskezelés egy vicc!!Sem cserét sem levásárlási lehetőséget nem ajánlottak fel!Vissza adták a vacak cipőt és helló!Nagyon sok pénzt hagytam már ott,mert szinte csak ott vásároltam cipőt!De többet soha nem vásárolok ott semmit!Felháborító,hogy mindent megtehetnek,mert tudják,hogy senki nem vállalja azt a rengeteg utánajárást amivel akár a Fogyasztó védelemhez,vagy a Békéltető testülethez bejelentett további reklamáció jár!! A sarokrész mintha felolvadt volna, szétmállott. Amikor próbáltam kicserélni azt válaszolta a kiszolgáló hölgy, hogy a cipő nem rendeltetésszerűen lett használva. Szegény gyerek beleizzadt a cipőbe befelé lépett. Sajnálom hogy ekkorát csalódtam ma. Hi! Today, I was very disappointed with the Deichmann service.
