Most ismét szétrepedt a cipő talpa amit 1 éve vettem, sem a cserében sem a levásárlásban nem voltak partnerek, elküldték cipészhez tettek rá új talpat, közölték, hogy nekik ez éri meg ez így költséghatékony, a fehér helyett szürkét meg tört fehéret tettek rá amit nem vettem át, számomra elfogadhatatlan. Közölték, hogy ha nem tetszik saját költségemen (3.000-8.000 ft) vizsgáltassam be. Vásárlójuk többet nem leszek és megyek a Békéltető Testülethez. Vásároltam náluk 20 ezer ft- ért egy cipőt nagyon örültem neki amikor megvettem ez volt az első nagyobb értékű cipőm úgy voltam vele, hogy 1- 2 évig hű társam lesz. De sajnos nem így történt 5 hónap után megadta magát. Vissza is vittem is szakvélemény alapján sem pénz sem cserét sem javítást nem kaptam. A szakvélemény nevetséges szerintük nem volt megfelelő a cipőfüző használatom... Olyan indokok voltak leírva ami nevetséges. Konkrétan kilyukadt a szövet a lábamnál el feslett az anyag mindössze 5 hónap alatt úgy hogy vigyáztam rá nem rendszeresen használtam. Szerintem ha egy pénz vissza fizetést nem is de egy javítást vagy valamit meg lehetett volna oldani. Nem olyan ember vagyok aki azzal szórakozik, hogy rendszeresen vissza hordja a cipőit. Nem erre a megoldásra számítottam így szinte biztos, hogy nem leszek vissza térő vásárlójuk mert ez nem egy fer megoldás volt. Az eladókat pedig nem mondanám segítőkésznek. Összegezve nagy értékű cipőt a közel jövőben biztos nem foguk náluk vásárolni. Unfortunately, I don’t have a good opinion of this store. Complaint handling 0. Bevizsgálás után azt a szakvéleményt kaptuk, hogy a cipő nem vízálló és nem rendeltetésszerűen használtam. Csak azt nem értem, hogy akkor mit csináljon az ember ha elkapja egy zápor, reüljön haza!!!? A probléma inkább az, hogy a legsilányabb minőséget árulják, volt már nem vízálló cipőm de az nem esett le a lábamról ha elkapott az eső. Biztos, hogy soha többé nem vásárolok náluk semmit, és nem is ajánlom senkinek. Eleg sajnálatos ez a fajta viselkedés mikor kb 3 ember volt még az üzletbe!!!! Az eladók stílusa is minősíthetetlen, amikor vásárolsz kedvesek de amikor az általuk eladott selejtes terméket kellene kicserélni amit jelzek eddig minden nagyobb ruha/cípő áruház megtesz. Szumma szummárum egyáltalán nem ajánlom az üzletett selejtes terméket adnak el és se garanciát- elnézést szavatosságot- nem válalnak a termékeikre. De még egy levásárlást se ajánlanak fel... Előttem lévő hölgynek a visszájárót sem akarták odaadni és az eladó még nevetett is. A pofátlanság netovábbja. Szokásos nem rendeltetésszerű használatot irtak jegyzőkönyvet felvettek irány a fogyasztóvédelem ?borzalmas és tűrhetetlen. Majd ők eldöntik cserélni kell e a csizmát. SENKINEK SEM AJÁNLOM!!
