Megadott időn belül felhívtak a pontos problémával és megadták a javítási lehetőségét, árát és a javítás időtartalmát. Nagyon korrekt és érthető kiszolgálás kaptam. Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. I carried an LG tv with a problem. Fast, kind, precise service and data collection. If you need to call back if they can’t pick you up right away. They were called within the given time with the exact problem and given the possibility of repair, the price, and the duration of the repair. I received very fair and understandable service. I can recommend it to everyone.

Azért 5 napig bent tartották, hogy a 6000ft bevizsgálási díjat be tudják zsebelni. 2 másik szerelővel beszéltem az eset után telefonon, a tünetek alapján egyből rávágták, hogy nem éri meg javítani mert kijelzőhiba. Ekkor lett világos a dolog. Tisztességből egyes! I highly recommend it! They didn’t disassemble the TV either, as they knew at a glance that the horizontal bar on the screen was clearly a display error. They were kept inside for 5 days to be able to pocket the 6000ft inspection fee. I talked to 2 other mechanics on the phone after the incident, based on the symptoms I was immediately told it was not worth repairing because of a display error. That's when it became clear. Honestly some!

A telefonban nagyon kedvesek segítőkészek voltak, már ott felmérték a tv problémáját, hogy egyáltalán érdemes-e javíttatni. A javítás gyors és precíz volt. Javítás után részletes felvilágosítást adtak a hiba okáról és jó tanácsokkal láttak el. A javítás ára is teljesen rendben volt. Mindazoknak bátran ajánlom a helyet, akik szeretnének még egy esélyt adni elromlott tv-jüknek :) . We took our 11-year-old, recently broken LG TV to their service. The people on the phone were very helpful, they already assessed the problem of the tv there to see if it was worth repairing at all. The repair was quick and accurate. After repair, they provided detailed information on the cause of the error and provided good advice. The price of the repair was also perfectly fine. I strongly recommend the place to all those who want to give their broken TV another chance :).
