Persze nem ők voltak,ment a hazudozás. Ha úgy állnak hozzá kérem ez volt,nem figyelt oda a kolléga,elnézést,akkor én sem jövök el rossz szájízzel . Nem ajánlom. Inkább megyek pár kilométert,más üzletbe. Aki ide viszi az autót nem árt lefényképezni előtte! Az ügyvezetőt sajnálom,mert a dolgozói miatt éri negatív vélemény az üzletet. Menetrögzítő kamerát szeretettem be, melyet készségesen, gyorsan és elegánsan megcsináltak. Mind a boltban dolgozó srác, mind pedig a garázsban dolgozók nagyon közvetlenek, barátságosak és jófejek. Sajnos, egy kis porszem csúszott a szerelésbe melyet másnap pár perc alatt javítottak. Bementem hozzájuk, mondtam mit szeretnék, ők mondták, hogy jelenleg ez van, ennyiért (chiphiány mindenkit érint), de kell még hozzá beépítő keret, némi tyúkbél, meg a beépítés költsége. Mondtam, hogy OK, venném, megrendelték, pár napon belül minden megjött, megbeszéltünk egy időpontot, vittem a kocsit, beépítették, és működik a cucc, ahogy kell. Szóval, abszolút pozitív a véleményem, minden gördülékenyen zajlott, semmi fennakadás nem volt, annyit fizettem, amennyit előzetesen megbeszéltünk, kocsit úgy kaptam vissza, ahogy odavittem, és flegma sem volt senki. Köszi mindent! I bought a Sony headunit for my 2008 Kia ProCeed because I felt the factory radio was scarce. I went in to them, I said what I wanted, they said it was at the moment, that's all (lack of chips affects everyone), but I still need a built-in frame, some hen casing, and the cost of installing. I said OK, I would buy, ordered, within a few days everything arrived, we arranged an appointment, I took the car, it was installed and the stuff works as it should. So, my opinion was absolutely positive, everything went smoothly, there was no disruption, I paid as much as we had agreed in advance, I got the car back the way I took it there, and there was no one to phlegm. Azt sem kérdezték meg mit szeretnék, negyed óra alatt sem, pedig más nem volt a boltban!!! Elég sok értékelést irtam (több mint 2,5 millioan látták már) Sosem a lehuzásra mentem, mindig próbáltam mindenbe a jót látni!! De itt még a köszönésemet sem fogadták sem be sem kifele! Kommunikáció nulla!!!! Azért egy csillag mert nincs kisebb!!! Válasz a tulajdonosnak! Győriként és Szabadhegyiként nemhiszem hogy tévedtem volna hogy hol járok!!! Nem telefonon egyeztetett a "főmunkatárs" hanem személyesen poénkodtak!! Bármennyire is hihetetlen köszönést sem fogadtak! Meg lehet nézni a rengeteg értékelésemet sosem a negativumot kerestem de most ezt találtam! És nem "bárhol" ért a sérelem hanem önöknél! Elég lekezelő a kommunikációjuk!! Nem csoda ha az eladójuk is ilyen! Én kérek elnézést hogy bementem önökhöz! Igérem többet nem fog előfordulni! De ajánlani sem fogom senkinek!!
