El tudom mondani , hogy gyenge precizitással kellett dolgoznom , hozzájuk alkalmazkodva .
A főnökök zsugori kicsinyes emberek , amit szóban megígér az embernek , nagy eséllyel nem úgy lesz.
Nincs megfelelő szerszámozottság mert spórolnak rajta . Nekem például a használt kabátot adtak ami már festékfoltos, szakadt volt . Visszautasítottam .
Rendszeresen Többszáz csavart csillag-villás kulcsokkal kell meghúzniuk az alkalmazottaknak mert ütvehúzó gép nincs.
A nyomatékra húzásról ne is beszéljünk.
Az acéloszlopok egyéb merevitők olykor több darabból vannak összetoldozgatva sporolván az anyaggal , felhasználva a leesett maradékot.
Természetesen bontott anyagot is felhasználnak ami már többször is volt átfestve.
Hegesztés során hőbevitel álltali görbületek kijavítva nincsenek .
Hegesztés általi fröcsenések (cunder) letakarítva nincs .
Precíz illesztések nemigen vannak.
A tervezésben szereplő 4-es falvastagságú zártszelvények helyett 2-es kerül beépítésre szintén spórolva az anyagköltségen .
Egy pozitívumot tudok felhozni a főnökök javára ,hogy kedvesek de csak amíg a javukra szolgál .

Of course, they also use decomposed material that has been repainted several times.
During welding, the curves due to heat input are not corrected.
Splashes by welding (cunder) have not been removed.
Precise fittings are not very good.
Instead of the closed wall sections of 4 in the design, 2 will also be installed, saving on material costs.
I can bring up a positive in favor of the bosses that they are kind but only as long as it is in their favor.
