Benalu pótkocsihoz, SAF hídhoz, Wabco Smartboard rendszerhez semmilyen magyar nyelvű használati, karbantartási útmutató sem adnak, pedig kötelező!
355 ft-os eurót 365 Ft-on forintosították!
Szerszámos láda a pótkocsin..... gondolhatod.... nincs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercedes szervízből mentem át hozzájuk. Telefonban is nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek! Ritka, hogy manapság a “visszahívom!” után TÉNYLEG vissza is hívnak! Személyesen sem változott a hozzáállás.
Garanciás a kocsi úgyhogy, a Merci szervíz nem vállalta (Magyarország), de ők azonnal!
Pici várakozás után (rengeteg autó bent) profi munka! Nagyon értenek hozzá!
Ezúton is köszönöm a kedvességüket és rugalmasságukat!
Update 1: Ismét fel kellett keresnem őket. Továbbra is nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek! Gyorsan és rugalmasan kezelték a problémát!

I went over to them from a Mercedes service center. They are also very helpful and kind on the phone! It is rare these days to “call me back!” after REALLY call me back! Personally, the attitude did not change either.
The car is guaranteed, so it was not undertaken by Merci service (Hungary), but they are immediately!
After a while waiting (lots of cars inside) professional work! They really understand it!
Thank you again for your kindness and flexibility!
Update 1: I had to visit them again. They are still very helpful and kind! The problem was handled quickly and flexibly!
