Very limited food options, long lines, average quality food. The pools are clear, but covered by concrete and gravels on it, which can hurt your feet.

It was quite relaxing in autumn. Nice place, warm water, great experience.

Spent a night here with my wife recently. The wellness is fantastic but don't expect much from the food or wine. Very basic typical hungarian food which can be amazing but unfortunately this hotel cheaps out on what they put into it. Anyone with food standards will surely be disappointed. I found all the wines I tasted to be really harsh on the palate and the staff had little to no input about choices. Tried all three price ranges but found no joy. Unfortunately your only option when purchasing a room for the night is with half board. Depending on your budget you could suck it up and settle for very mediocre food or drive into Eger for a much better meal. Also seemed a little strange that a four star wellness hotel didn't offer towels for the pool and thermal area. No in room tea or coffee either. Small details but I expect to get these things in this price range. Again, we really enjoyed the wellness which was very quiet midweek in April but you could stay nearby in a vendeghaz and enjoy tbe wellness for a mere 1500 huf.

Great place, no crowds in the end of July, everyone can find a place to chill and relax. Clean, nice swimming areas, tasty snacks and drinks. Definitely would recommend for a family with smaller kids.

Very nice place. Warm, thermal water. Better place than Salaris Spa in Egerszalok.

Great place at a very reasonable price! Some details DO need attention but this is the last hurray here in AFTER the off season in a very strange long Indian Summer here in Hungary. However the water is a GREAT treasure and they did start on renovation and touch up already. Can't beat it for the price. HUF 1,500 about USD 5.00 for a whole day admission until 10 pm!!! Great restaurant, hotel and winery just next door in walking distance. (Egri Korona Borház)

A very nice concept, but very badly maintained and badly managed. Some areas not clean. All except one of the buffet places were closed. The limited range of snacks available was very expensive by local standards. The thermal "lakes" and indoor baths were not properly filled. The fake travertine is naff. Lockers difficult to lock, and not very secure, with a 700 Ft charge as well as a 500 Ft refundable key deposit. Nice sun loungers. Staff friendly. Good parking. Could and should be much better. Urgently needs new management.
