★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Érthetetlen számomra, hogy egy ilyen nívósan kialakított üzletben miért nem fordítanak figyelmet (vagy pénzt?) a kiszolgálás minőségére. Az egy dolog, hogy az eladó már a belépésem pillanatától kezdve elfogadhatatlanul viselkedett (megzavarhattam az elmélyült számítógépezésében), elvégre mindenkinek lehet rossz/gyengébb napja. Viszont kioktató, arrogáns, személyeskedő stílusban valótlanságokat állítani már problémás! Olyan érzésem volt, mintha egy túl magabiztos laikus okoskodását hallgatnám (talán így is történt) a látogatásom tárgyához egyáltalán nem kapcsolódó dolgokról. Engem nem is hagyott szóhoz jutni, már a mondataim elejébe belevágott szinte kivétel nélkül, így nem volt lehetőségem sem visszakérdezni, sem igazítani a tévedésein (ténybeli tévedések pl. a Dali, a Bang&Olufsen gyártókkal és működésükkel kapcsolatban, és még sorolhatnám).
Végül 10 perc "beszélgetés"(értsd: az eladó véget nem érő, szétszórt, téves állításoktól hemzsegő, semerre sem tartó monológja) után konkrétan menekültem az üzletből. Vásárolni/rendelni mentem, de a termékekig sem jutottunk el.
It is incomprehensible to me why in such a high-quality store, no attention (or money?) Is paid to the quality of service. However, it is already problematic to state untruths in an instructive, arrogant, personal style! I felt as if I was listening to the reasoning of an overconfident layman (perhaps it did) about things not at all related to the subject of my visit. He didn’t even let me have a say, he cut into the beginning of my sentences almost without exception, so I didn’t have a chance to ask back or correct his mistakes (factual mistakes like Dali, Bang & Olufsen manufacturers and their operations, and I could list more).
Finally, after 10 minutes of "conversation" (understand: the seller's never-ending, scattered, erroneous, monologue-free monologue), I specifically fled the store. I went to buy / order, but we didn't get to the products either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximális hozzáértéssel találtam magam szemben egy olyan helyen, ami nekem teljesen idegen közeg, így az esélytelenek nyugalmával, kvázi tudatlanul szoktam nézelődni audio üzletekben.
Az összes kérdésemre megkaptam a választ, nem néztek hülyének, ha esetleg bugyuta kérdést tettem fel a hozzá nem értésem miatt.
Összességében ajánlom mindenkinek, aki ebbe a termék kategóriába tartozó eszköz vásárlása előtt áll vagy ezen töri a fejét.
Interneten keresztül nem érdemes ezeket úgy megvásárolni, hogy nem hallgatja meg az ember a kiszemelt áldozatot!
I found myself facing with maximum skill in a place that is a completely foreign medium to me, so with the calm of the unlikely, I tend to look at audio stores with quasi-ignorance.
I got the answers to all my questions, they didn’t look stupid if I possibly asked a buggy question because of my incompetence.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is about to buy or breaks their head about buying a device in this product category.
It is not worth buying these over the internet without listening to the chosen victim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A weboldalon feltüntetett terméket rendeltem meg tőlük,amit telefonos egyeztetés után jóvá is hagytak. Erősítő, hangfal, lemezjátszó szet. Két napra rá jött a hívás,hogy mégsem tudják azon az áron teljesíteni csak jóval nagyobb összegben. Én azóta eladtam a lemezjátszóm és az új rendszert vártam. Nagyon nem érzem korrektnek ezt a hozzáállást egy ekkora cégnèl. A mai napig több termék szerepel fent téves áron,vagy nem létező arukeszlettel. Nem ajánlom őket így senkinek. Nagyon sajnálom H nem kínáltak rá megoldást.
I ordered the product listed on the website from them, which was approved after a telephone consultation. Amplifier, speaker, turntable set. For two days, the call made them realize that they could only pay for that much higher amount at that price. I have been selling my turntable ever since and waiting for the new system. I really don’t feel right about this attitude for a company this big. To date, several products are listed above at the wrong price or with a non-existent stock. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm so sorry H didn't offer him a solution.

But they told me that their speakers are only used for listening to jazz or classical music, etc. There is no interface to connect the piano. The things here are not for us. Is it possible that your speaker can produce sound by itself without connecting to other equipment? Obviously discrimination against us! Very annoying attitude!
