E	Evelin Tárkányi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevallom miután láttam, hogy van elég rossz értékelés is kicsit tartottam attól, hogy milyen lesz a szolgáltatás. Nem kellett volna, mert mind a doktornő, mind az asszisztens hölgy tündérek voltak. :) Elmagyaráztak részletesen mindent, valamint még a röntgenem is megnéztük együtt. Nagyon kedvesek és profik voltak, köszönöm! I confess after seeing that there is a pretty bad rating I was a little apprehensive about what the service will be like. It shouldn’t have been because both the doctor and the assistant lady were fairies. :) They explained everything in detail and even looked at my x-ray together. They were very kind and professional, thank you!

A mai napon sajnos le kellett mondanom a 2 napja foglalt időpontomat, ugyanis nem várt dolog jött közbe- ami szerintem bárkivel előfordult már élete során, még a tulajdonos asszonnyal is) Naivan úgy gondoltam, átrakatom az időpontomat egy másik napra, de erre nem volt módom, ugyanis ez a kedves hölgy közölte, hogy "SOHA TÖBBET NE HÍVJAM ŐKET IDŐPONT MIATT". A miért- re azt a választ kaptam, hogy nála egy nappal előtte le kellene mondani az időpontot. Szerintem vannak olyan esetek, amikor ez nem megoldható. Javasolnám a vezetőségnek, hogy ilyen esetekre szabjon ki lemondási díjat , amit én is hajlandó lettem volna megfizetni, de ezt a megoldást rendkívül amatőrnek tartom, szem előtt tartva, hogy egészségügyi szolgáltatásról van szó. Her response was: " Well dont ever try to book an appointment with us again."! Unprofessional and rude to say the least. I understand late cancellations are not ideal, however I would have been more than happy to rebook my appointment or pay a minimum late cancellation fee to compensate her inconvenience (which was also my inconvience having to cancel my original plans) ! i suggest you take a more business orinetated approach and avoid such spiteful, personal comments in future and focus on finding a soultion with your customers together. Rude and unfair to his guests. Today, unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment 2 days ago, because an unexpected thing happened - which I think has happened to anyone in his life, even the owner). Naiva I thought I would reschedule my date to another day, but I had no way of doing that, as this lovely lady said, "I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN FOR A TIME." The answer I received was why he should cancel the appointment the day before. I think there are cases where this cannot be solved. I would recommend the management to charge a cancellation fee for such cases, which I would have been willing to pay, but I consider this solution to be extremely amateur, bearing in mind that it is a health service. E	Enikő Köteles (hecatchi) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panoráma röntgenre jelentkeztem be, a szervíz gyors és udvarias volt. 15 perces késés miatt telefonáltam érkezés előtt, de rugalmasak és kedvesek voltak és így is tudtak fogadni. I checked in for a panoramic x-ray, the service was fast and courteous. I made a phone call before arrival due to a 15 minute delay, but they were flexible and kind and were able to answer anyway.

I got an appointment in a short time, they were very helpful and kind to everyone. The investigation was quick and accurate. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Számlát szerettem volna kérni az egészségpénztáram címére amit nem volt hajlandó megírni csak a páciens nevére, már a számlakérés sem nagyon tetszett. Ezt sajnos nem lehet elszámolni az egészségpénztárban. Inkább máshol fogom igénybe venni a szolgáltatást. He was rude and not fair, he was condescending. I wanted to ask for an invoice to the address of my health fund, which he refused to write only in the name of the patient, I didn't really like the invoice request anymore. Unfortunately, this cannot be accounted for in the health fund. I will rather use the service elsewhere.

Kedvesen fogadtak minket és egy nagyon rövid várakozás után következtünk. 15-20 perc várakozás után elkészült a CT eredmény, majd távoztunk. Wifi a váróban ingyenesen elérhető. We arrived by check-in, on time. We were welcomed and followed a very short wait. After a wait of 15-20 minutes the CT result was finished and we left. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby.
