Nem tudta megcsinalni a megbeszélt kezelést,és annyi emberség nem volt benne,hogy felhívjon mivel ezt már tudta,hogy nem lesz lehetősége megcsinálni... Így elég messziről mehettem haza! Nehezemre esik szavakba önteni, mennyire felháborodott, döbbent és csalódott voltam egyszerre. - Az asszisztens véletlenszerűen elmulasztott ragtapaszt tenni néhány eltávolított anyajegyre.
