★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Közel 2 év alatt sem sikerült megrendelésünk reklamációjának kezelése. Mi hatalmasat csalódtunk a Design Cd Bt-ben. 2019.09.25-én kültéri habbetűk és azok hátterének gyártását valamint felhelyezésüket rendeltük tőlük. Sajnos hamar kiderült, hogy hiba volt ezt a céget választani. Az épület esőbeállóját több helyen megrongálták a felhelyezés során, a habbetűkön több centis benyomódások voltak és volt olyan betű, amit több darabba törve raktak fel. A reklamációt követően hónapok teltek el, amire az említett hibákat kijavították - sajnos nem megfelelően. Kevesebb mint 1 év telt el a kivitelezástől számítva, és kiderült, hogy nem csak a felhelyezés volt silány minőségű, hanem a betűk gyártása is, ugyanis 2020. 09. 15-én leesett az épületről egy nagyjából 1 méteres betű, amit kizárólag ragasztóval rögzítettek - szerencsére senkit nem talált el. Ha ez nem lett volna elég, a betűk közelebbi szemrevételezése után kiderült, hogy szinte kivétel nélkül málnak a betűk borításai, több helyen felpúposodtak a nedvességtől, valamint repedések és törések keletkeztek rajtuk. Mindent részletesen dokumentálva újabb reklamációval éltünk. Ezután több mint 11 hónapnyi (!) levelezés és ígérgetés következett arról, hogy mikor és hogyan fogják javítani a betűket. A telefont az esetek döntő többségében nem vették fel, és e-mailen sem sikerült produktív kommunikációt folytatnunk.
 We have not been able to handle the complaint of our order in almost 2 years. We were hugely disappointed at Design Cd Bt. On 25.09.2019, we ordered the production and installation of outdoor foam letters and their backgrounds. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that it was a mistake to choose this company. The rain driveway of the building was damaged in several places during installation, the foam letters had indentations of several centimeters and there was a letter that was broken up into several pieces. Months passed after the complaint, for which the said errors were corrected - unfortunately not properly. Less than 1 year had passed since its construction, and it turned out that not only the installation was of poor quality, but also the production of the letters, as on 15/09/2020 a letter of about 1 meter fell from the building, which was fixed only with glue - fortunately he did not find anyone. If that hadn’t been enough, after a closer look at the letters, it turned out that almost without exception, the coverings of the letters were swollen, swollen with moisture in several places, and cracked and broken. Documenting everything in detail, we made another complaint. This was followed by more than 11 months (!) Of correspondence and promises as to when and how the letters would be improved. The phone was not picked up in the vast majority of cases, and we were unable to communicate productively via email.
