★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panasszal fordultam hozzájuk, ugyanis a téli bakkancsom cipzára 2 hét használt után tönkrement. Korrektül kezelték, szóba sem jött, hogy nem cserélik ki. Még egy ugyan olyat is sikerült átrendelni egy másik boltból. Jó lenne, ha mindenhol így működne a panszkezelés. Legközelebb is náluk vásárolok.
I complained to them because my winter boots zipper was broken after 2 weeks of being used. It was handled correctly, it was not a matter of not being replaced. Even one of these could be re-ordered from another store. It would be a good idea if this is how the cash management works everywhere. Next time I buy from them.
