Arrogant, woman on the other end of the phone. It would help the man she (deliberately lower case) threaten.It will not help if you call an ambulance.Hope you get in such a situation and no one will help her.He said !!!!

Unfortunately, we had to call them several times ... We're sick. They always helped, acted quickly, to a high professional standard and humanely. They provide world class service.

An ambulance couple from Szombathely brought my mother to János Hospital just now. Great people. Helpful, kind. Thank them. David.

Now I’m writing what I think because the experience is still fresh. My couple got really bad from one moment to the next. An ambulance had to be called, his blood pressure dropped critically low, the water knocked him out, his limbs numb, he trembled. Dispatcher told me what to do, send the car. The ambulance did not arrive in half an hour, my couple's condition was still worrying. I called 104 again, they said they would look after it. They reassured me that the car would be here soon, it was already on its way. After another quarter of an hour (45 minutes after the first call) I called them again ... The answer is the same, calm down, ambulance on the way. Meanwhile, my partner was still in a terrible state. Finally, an hour later (60 minutes after the first call) I spoke again, the car is not here yet. Then another dispatcher picked up the phone, he said, looking after it. To my greatest shock, he told me that no car had been sent to us yet, and he did not even know when it would be sent. I understand that, unfortunately, there is not enough capacity in the current situation. (Contrary to some news). BUT! Why was it said 3 times that the ambulance was coming or that we were on our way? Why was they misinformed when it comes to human life? However, if I call the ambulance for no reason, or if I do not call for a reason, I will be punished !!! It is a great sadness that we have come this far. After the 4th call, after I found out they had no idea when they would reach us and the car hadn’t even started, I told them firmly not to send an ambulance anymore, I would take my partner to the hospital. More than 60 minutes after the sudden misbehavior !!! It would have been much more correct to say at first that they don’t know when the car will arrive, but if there’s a big deal, I’d rather take myself to the hospital because it’s faster that way. It was a matter of luck that there was no major trouble. After that, think of the one who claims that all life matters! I doubt!

I went to work at 6:30 in the morning, but I got sick, my son called the ambulance who arrived within minutes. I have met such kind and thorough, precise empathetic people a long time ago. Fate has reassured me of reassuring, knowledgeable people. I need to know, I’m even starting to tremble from 1 white cloak. I soon got oxygen, they did an ECG, I felt like I was in good hands !!! The patient was recruited, and especially their very calming attitude helped to reduce my tremors. I wish everyone such a positive experience, with the staff of the ambulance nurse !!! I can't be grateful enough !!!! Thank you very much for your help !!! I trust that such great people will not get tired of it, and thanks to the love of their profession they will remain people !!!! I bow to the boys with respect once and for all !!!!

I would like to thank .... On Friday, July 23, at 9:53 a.m., I called the helpline who connected to the ambulance service. Kisoroszi, Akácfa u. Under number 65, I asked for help from an elderly aunt. The lady helped with advice and encouragement across the phone and sent the rescue helicopter. I would like to thank the lady on the phone and the doctors and nurses who came by ambulance for their humanity and their efforts to help. Unfortunately, they could no longer save the lady’s life, but they did everything for her and we were encouraged. Thanks. Krisztina Szarka
