★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nagyon fontos dokumentumot szerettem volna DHL-el elküldeni, a Shell kutas hölgy akinek a dolga lett volna a kiszolgálásom kedvesen de lekoptatott, úgy sem fog működni mondta. Jöjjek vissza holnap délelőtt (amikor gondolom nem ő dolgozik) és akkor biztos menni fog mert lesznek a DHL irodában akik segítenek?!?! Át kellett hogy menjek Tatabányára, egy szintén Shell kútra ahol probléma nélkül 5 perc alatt kiszolgáltak! Kritikán aluli, hogy elzavarják a vásárlót csak mert nincs kedvük dolgozni.
 I wanted to send a very important document with DHL, the Shell well lady who would have done my job kindly but worn out, it won’t work either, she said.
