M	Mónika Lihr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Április végén megrendelt ajtót elfelejtették gyártásba küldeni, végül novemberben sikerült beszerelni, a hónap végére a hiányzó kilincs és ajtótakaró is megérkezett. :( A minőséggel nincs probléma - szerencsére nem a Diadoor a gyártó - de a kommunikáció kritikán aluli. Most szárnyal az építőipar, ilyen cégek is talpon tudnak maradni, ráadásul mi rá is kényszerültünk, hogy rajtuk keresztül érkezzenek az ajtók, mert a lakópark velük szerződött le. Nem ajánlom őket. Bízom benne, hogy a jövőben javítani fognak a hozzáállásukon. Eszem ágában nem lett volna náluk csináltatni semmit, sajnos, az építő Kft. kötelezett erre. A válaszra reagálva: Idézet az e- mailjükből: "Az üvegezés a szóban egyeztetett árnál sajnos drágább lett, aki eddig az üvegezéseket készítette betegség miatt nem vállalja a munkát,". Ezért kellett nekem 40e helyett 150e Ft-ot fizetnem. Sem maguk. sem az építtető nem szólt nekem, csak az utolsó pillanatban,. Nem fordulhattam más céghez, mert az építtető kötötte az ebet a karóhoz. Tehát engem kényszerhelyzetbe hoztak és kifizettették velem a több mint 3x-os árat. "Sportnyelven mondva, így utólag nem sportszerű." És akkor útólag benyögik, hogy "miért nem alkudott"? A másik e-mailjük: "Kiküldtem a számlát az alábbi címre, de visszajött, ... Kérem küldjön másikat, amin át tudják venni." Hiszen nekem 30 lakcímem van talonban. Mi mást lehet illedelmesen erre a flegma szövegre válaszolni, minthogy "Passz"? A szállított termékeket pedig nagy bosszúsággal használom: az egyik ajtókereten egy nagy vágásnyom van, egy másik ajtó pedig átvételkor lógott, majd 2 hét múlva, miután senki nem jött garanciában, nekem kellett megszerelni. Kind service, precise, quality work. With today's construction deadlines, they managed to deliver / assemble 4-5 weeks earlier which was a huge help.
