Egy hét után nem történt semmi, még vissza sem igazolták a vásárlást, csak a megrendelést. Telefoni érdeklődésemre azt a választ kaptam, hogy le kell gyártaniuk, mert nincs raktáron, de néhány napon belül megküldik az árut. Majd ismételten telefonáltam, hogy mi történt és hol a megrendelt termék, nézzenek utána. Ezt követően kaptam értesítést, hogy átadták a futárnak, majd két hét után, végre megkaptam a megrendelt, két hete kifizetett terméket. Számomra ez nem elfogadható ügyintézés, ha nem sürgettem volna a céget, talán a mai napig nem kapom meg a két hete megrendelt terméket. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment for Diapolo.
