I am very glad to have been here, we were greeted by an extremely kind and helpful staff. They are very flexible though. I strongly recommend it to those who are not looking for luxury but a good accommodation at a good price with hospitable people.

Please read the reviews before you leave. Unfortunately, I missed that, but I learned from it, I’m not going to go anywhere without it anymore, for sure. I booked accommodation (bungalow) for a larger company for one night. It is not interesting now that there were already problems with the booking, the owner spoke to us in an unqualified way, we paid the accommodation twice (in advance) .... I got over these things. We experienced the following: The condition of the bungalows was awful. Worn furniture, a torn bed, an unlockable door (which moved with your door case), there was no mosquito net ... and I could list more. When I looked at the water block, I couldn’t believe my eyes. There was a shower and 1 toilet for about 40 people. In addition, there was another toilet, but it was not used by anyone as it could not be closed. The cleanliness of the shower was below criticism, I counted 9 huge spiders over my head. The only washbasin was a mini size, plus there was a hand towel holder over it, so I couldn’t lean over when brushing my teeth, I spat the toothpaste on my feet. (Anyway, I survived.) In the evening, when we got back from the beach, we tried to relax, but unfortunately on the terrace of the "restaurant" the owner (either a security guard or the receptionist) - let's call it anyway - to wedding rock music partying with his own circle of friends. Of course good out loud. A member of our group was subtly curious about how long the fun would last because she wanted to reassure the kids that they could sleep soon. To this we received the following phlegmatic response: "- Are the children nervous?" After that, we assessed that it is not worth arguing here. Together with the other residents, we patiently waited on the bench in front of the bungalow for the “operator and friends” of the campsite to finish their work. The real shock came next, I went into the bungalow, lifted the blanket to go to bed, and the sheet was bloodstained. (They may have been washed out, but I’m not sure about that either.) I slept by spreading my own bath towel on the bed and covering it with my own towel. I thought I'd endure one night. .... For breakfast (it was included in the price) I got more surprises. The plate was so dirty that I’m sure it wasn’t even washed. I immediately took him to the counter and resolutely (angrily) asked the lady standing there not to unload such plates because it is disgusting and outrageous. The cup of coffee ordered separately was just as dirty. When I left, I asked them (as we had discussed the night before) to repay our overpayment in cash, to which the answer was that unfortunately they could not keep cash. (I also saw 2 guests paying with cash the night before ... So how is that?) Of course we didn't get an invoice, but that was my slightest problem. We then argued loudly because I didn’t believe I would ever see my money again. I complained to the Lord of the campsite that the accommodation, the glass, the plate, the bloodstained sheet, the bed was torn off etc ..... He replied that he hated such guests who rested themselves and complained afterwards. I asked for the Buyers Book (Complaint Book) which the gentleman did not give away, he said that He cannot give it away because there are accounts here that he cannot reach into. (I note in parentheses that it should be accessible to everyone - the guest.) Since I didn’t have the opportunity to write into the Buyers ’Book, I thought I’d at least describe my experiences here. Avoid this place from afar !!!

Dirty, smelly room. 3 of 4 windows are nailed, the fourth can be opened from the outside, but should be supported. The operator suggested that I get a wooden stick for it. The promised climate blew warmth, there was no light bulb in the lamp, just a tiny one on the ceiling. When we asked for help, the owner’s partner started shouting and chasing him as he insulted the residents of the street.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! YOU WILL REGRET! READ OUT FOR YOU. Huge disappointment! He reflected all the bad things that were written in the comments. We were 2 nights enough. Jerk staff. One night the power went out and in vain we said they refused to do anything about it. The promised microwave is a common and clean dirt. Slipped beds, sinks are useless for all clean spiders, cobwebs. It is such an uncultured place that I have NOT SEEN it. There’s loud music all night and you can’t sleep from it. Plus, one of the couples partying with the staff there started teasing in an illuminated state as we got them to please take the music a little quieter because we wanted to sleep for a few hours. In vain is the nearby beach. PURE SEAWEED! Bad bathing opportunity. It is hardly possible to park. They are unwilling to give a block or receipt of the amount paid or tourist tax to anyone.

We rented a wooden house for 2 nights. Luckily, there was something to choose from, because that way we got a working one instead of a malfunctioning refrigerator, and even the window of our house could be opened, not like the house next to us. Lake Balaton is really a 2 minute walk and beautiful, that part is almost extinct. (Understand: 1 buffet within the entire visible area of ​​the coast.) The positive part here is almost exhausted. The condition of the baths is scandalous, there are so few toilets for so many people, they cannot be locked, they cannot be kept clean normally. Mirror nuku, in the women's washroom when you open the tap, the water flows on your feet, the washbasin is so tiny. Brushing your teeth is even more challenging ... The whole camp is dirty, the staff is few, the morning coffee is worth ordering in the evening, maybe you will get it the next morning. Get ready with a bunch of little ones because they can never give it back, instead phlegmatically remarking "they're not the bank." I didn't come across a micro, "shared kitchen" throughout the accommodation, daily cleaning, which the ad promised, let alone. I wasn't a little surprised that the TV didn't work either (so many old ruins that the wooden houses were not even seen in the junk market), but the last day, the bloody panties I found in the closet when I unloaded, shocked me. (How long have you been there ...?) Okay, anything can be rented out on Lake Balaton, but it's unbelievable that we take it out ... Next time, I’ll take the reviews of a place more seriously before I book, because unfortunately where there are a lot of negative reviews, there really seems to be a reason for it. ?
