Very nice apartments in a perfect location. Started recently, so not everything was sorted out perfectly yet, but there were no big issues either.

Awesome location, clean and cosy rooms, very well represented on photos, professional hosts, board games available to borrow for an evening with friends. Great value for money.

Great location. Short walk to major shopping street and the famous Gellert spa. Clean and modern apartment and great value. I will be back for sure.

The receptionists aren't always there, so you have to use your own phone to call them so you can check in (even if it is more expensive when you use your phone in roaming). The shower in my roon was clogged, and considering that I discovered this in the evening, nothing was done. Every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded because of this.

Awesome location with cozy apartments. There are totally 7 units, 4 half underground level and 3 on the first floor. Design can be better but still very enjoyable place to stay.

Good localization and tidy rooms. Be carefull of cold water running out of tap with hot water, because there is a boiler. Staff did not mentioned about it and when you rent room after some brake, you should run out huge amounts of cold water to get a warm one. Firstly we thought that there is some problem with our room, because staff told US that it is very strange, so we wasted 1,5h for waiting for maintenance mam (who even didn't come, but we were told several times that he will be in fifteen minutes), until we have solved our problem on ours own.

It's a nice place in a great location, close to everything you need. I've stayed in a 4 people apartment, it's in the basement of the building. It was comfortable, well equipped with kitchen utensils, mini fridge, elletric stove and microwave. The only downsides it's the claustrophobic feeling, since it has very small windows and the humity. They are having some water leaking, some walls were quite wet, that's was also causing a very unpleasant smell. Also the bathroom has no box at the shower, it gets all wet during the shower and takes ages to dry, since there ia no proper ventilation. In the second day they did offer to switch rooms, but we were out by the time I've got the message, so we end up staying in the one we were (room 7). We were there only for 2 nights, most of the time we were out, so in the one was OK. The room had one fan, but I believe two would have been better, it wasn't awfully hot, but in my opinion, it's better to be fresher. I highly reccomend this place and would totally stay there again, but I'm the upstairs room, the basement it's really not my thing. There is no parking available, the street is quite busy, so better go park at the whale (balna), costs about 2500 forints per day and its about 15 minutes walks from the flat.

Its a quiet area I'll give them that. However, they neglected to fully clean the room. We found hair from the previous occupants all over the bathroom floor, the soap dispenser and toothbrush holder were also absolutely filthy. In addition, our room was just out of reach of the free Wifi they advertised, which is even more interesting when you consider the fact that our room was supposed to be a more premium room. Trust me folks, for the money, you can find a better place
