Érdekes módon hozzájuk mindig több hetes késéssel érkezik a rendelt áru, plusz amennyivel később szólnak. Aztán ha megjön az áru és állításuk szerint össze is van készítve, kiderül hogy mégse: egyesével szedegetik össze őket a polcokról. Ja, és a kávé: a kávé fontos, néha még akkor is, ha az a kiszolgálás rovására megy (értsd: még nem írom meg a számlát, előtte igyon egy kávét. De tényleg nem kér? Hát jó...). They are incompetent, they are painful. Zero aggregation, zero product knowledge. Interestingly, they always receive the ordered goods with a delay of several weeks, plus as much as they say later. Then, when the goods arrive and they claim to be ready, it turns out they don’t: they pick them up one by one from the shelves. Oh, and coffee: coffee is important, sometimes even if it goes to the detriment of service (understand: I don't write the bill yet, drink a coffee beforehand. But you really don't ask? Well, okay ...).
T	Tibor Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hozzá nem értés melegágya! Vízálló laminált lapot vettünk a konyhába és a hozzátartozó mindenféle kiegészítővel. Mikor megkérdeztük, hogy mennyire kell egyenletes talajnak lenni, kell-e aljzatkiegyenlítő, azt mondták, hogy nem. Ha előtte is laminált volt, jó lesz. És megkérdeztük, milyen alátétet ajánlanak, mi kell hozzá? Erre adtak valamit. Nem értünk hozzá. Gondoltuk szakemberek dolgoznak ott, de csalódtunk. Mikor lekerült a lap, rövid időn belül elkezdett nyikorogni. Minden lépésünknél nyikorog és recseg. Ekkor utána olvastunk, hogy mi lehet a probléma és teljesen az ellenkezőjét mondták az eladók, mint amit kellett volna csinálnunk. A padló alá kellett volna aljzatkiegyenlítő és nem az a fajta alátét, mert ezért nyikorog. Úgyhogy köszönöm Diego és köszönöm szagemberek, mert minden egyes lépésemnél elszidlak benneteket! Roppant idegesítő!!!! The hotbed of incompetence! We bought a waterproof laminate board for the kitchen and all sorts of accessories. When asked how level the ground should be, whether a leveler should be leveled, they said no. If it was laminate before, it would be good. And we asked what kind of washer they offer, what do you need for it? They added something to that. We don't understand it. We thought professionals were working there, but we were disappointed. When the sheet came off, it soon began to squeak. It squeaks and crackles at every step. Then we read afterwards what the problem might be and the sellers said the exact opposite of what we should have done. There should have been a screed under the floor and not the kind of washer because that’s why it squeaks. So thank you Diego and thank you smellers for scolding you at every step of my way! Very annoying !!!!
