S	SeamusTheCreator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home officeban dolgozom... felhívtam őket, hogy félóra- óránként elmegy az internet.Kikapcsolom, lehűl a router, bekapcsol és megint megy amíg fel nem melegszik a router... 10-kor felhívtam őket 3/4-ed 11-kor írtak hogy "megoldották" központilag. Természetesen nem lett jobb és most itt vagyunk Digi-s internet nélkül... pedig meg is mondtam mi a probléma.. köszönöm... 1 csillag I work in a home office ... I called them to leave the internet every half an hour. I turn it off, the router cools down, it turns on and goes on again until the router warms up ... I called them at 10 3/4 that they were "resolved" centrally. Of course it didn't get any better and now we're here without Digi internet ... although I told you what the problem is .. thank you ... 1 star

Oké. 4 hónap múlva felhiv egy hapsi román magyar tajszolasal vasárnap este hogy holnap jönne felszerelni 12 órakor Tatabanyarol nem is érti hogy miért öt bízták meg, ott vagyunk e. Mondtam nem mert úgy dolgozunk. Azt mondta ő nem tud mit csinálni szabit vegyek ki. Mondtam vasárnap este hívjam fel a fonokomet hogy szabi kell mert te holnap jössz? Igen. Válaszom nem. D	Dián Kornél on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves, udvarias hölgyek a pultban; korrekt árak. Hallottam róluk rosszakat is, majd kiderül, ha lesznek személyes tapasztalataim a szolgáltatásukkal kapcsolatban. Ami furi, h hardverből csak 1-2 db volt megtekinthető, pl telefon, de azok is gagyik. Lovely, polite ladies at the counter; fair prices. I’ve also heard bad things about them and it turns out if I have personal experience with their service. As a matter of fact, only 1-2 pieces of hardware could be viewed, eg telephones, but they are also frozen.
L	Lady S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azt hagyjuk is,hogy sokszor lassú az internet. Ami felháborítóbb,hogy össze-vissza küldik a csekkeket. Ezért már másodjára fordult elő,hogy elmaradásunk keletkezett.Természetesen legutóbb is és most is befizettük ezt. Az elmaradás miatt múlt héten korlátozták a szolgáltatást. Pénteken kb. 13 óra körül fizettem be a csekket. Most hétfő este 19 óra van és nem sikerült még visszakapcsolni. Havi 6000 Ft-ért ennél azért többet várnék.
