Ami borzasztó jó, csak bedoglott a gép (??? ?). Agyrem nagyon macerás az......... egész, pláne, h vidéken van a készülék. Minimum 15 nap, max30(!!!) nap a javítás. Soha ne vásároljatok innen semmit, mert átverik a vásárlót! Az tény, hogy nem volt a központi raktárukban az adott termék, de akkor is legkésőbb a mai napon (12.13.) át kellett volna vennem a csomagot. Ahogyan írják is a megrendelés visszaigazolásában: 2-3 munkanap. Ez letelt. Telefonos ügyfélszolgáltatás rendben van. Nem árt tudni, hogy amennyiben jogi személyként vásárol (céges számlára) az ember terméket nem illeti meg a ptk alapján az elállási jog. Hasznos lenne, ha az elutasító levelükbe legalább ezt az idevonatkozó részt bemásolnák, illetve felhívnák rá a vásárlók figyelmét a vásárlás megkezdése előtt. Jobb nem rendelni a notebook.hu-ról.
