Telefonon lehetetlen volt őket elérni, ezért a főbérlővel személyesen fáradtunk be az irodájukba, miután a vízművektől elhajtottak, miszerint ők számláznak, tehát ők fognak tudni ilyet kiállítani. Az ügyintéző közölte, hogy ilyet nem lehet, ennyibe kerül 1 köbméter hideg víz, és hívjam fel a gázszolgáltatót, hogy mennyibe kerül a víz felmelegítése, majd számoljam ki magamnak... :D A másik dolog, ami nem fér a fejembe az pedig az, hogy az AUTOMATA vízóra mérőállás lejelentés telefonon keresztül, miért csak ügyfélfogadási időben elérhető?! Nem egy szolgáltatóval állok kapcsolatban havi szinten ilyen - olyan ügyek kapcsán, de ilyet én még nem tapasztaltam, szörnyű. We would have needed a gap account after moving into the apartment.
