Az udvarban található egy festékbolt is, nagyon jól felszerelt. Ez is akadálymentes bejárattal rendelkezik. Könnyen megközelíthetö de gépkocsival kihajtás már veszélyes, mert nehezen látható be a keresztút. Érdemesebb szemben parkolni.
