★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mellékvonali állomás amolyan vonal közepi forgalmas pont. Vonatok indulnak innen Vácra illetve Balassagyarmatra is. Régen innen volt Romhányba induló vonat is ám az a 2000-es évek elején megszűnt végleg, mára a pálya járhatatlan arra. Mellékvonal révén forgalmas helynek számít főleg kiránduló szezon idején Diósjenő. Kizárólag BéZé típusú motorvonatok járnak itt.
A sideline station is a kind of line with a middle traffic point. Trains also depart from Vác and Balassagyarmat. There used to be a train from here to Romhány, but it stopped completely in the early 2000s, and now the track is impassable. Due to the extension, Diósjenő is a busy place, especially during the excursion season. Only BéZé type motor trains run here.
