Nem értem miért mindig ilyen embereket kell odaültetni, akik ennyire lenézően viselkednek az emberekkel... A 15:00 (ügyfélfogadási idő) az 15:00! Nem az, hogy 14:20-kor már elzavarnak. Gratulálok ehhez a remek munkatárshoz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sorszámosztó pultnál ülő hölgy arrogáns, úgy beszél az emberekkel, mintha ő valami felsőbbrendű lény lenne. Letol, hogy olyan nincs, hogy nem kaptam kiskönyvet! Aztán az ügyintéző hölgynél kiderül, hogy kellett volna kapnom, csak a Beáta nevű kolléganő lusta volt kitölteni egyet számomra!!! Ja, és az 1 órás ebédidőt mindennap megtoldják 10 perccel!
The lady sitting at the countdown counter is arrogant, talking to people as if she were a superior being. Let me just say I did not get a book! Then at the office lady it turns out I should have got it, only the colleague Beáta was lazy to fill one for me !!! Yeah, and 1 hour lunch time is multiplied every 10 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hivatalban az ügyemmel foglalkozò ügyintéző úrról(ha jól emlékszem 8-as asztal) csak jót tudok mondani,köszönöm a korrektségét!A biztonsági őr és a recepciós is jól végezte a munkáját!Már csak a hivatal előtti tolakodást kellene megszüntetni valahogyan!Én próbáltam a sorszámosztás közben megtartani a 1,5 méter távolságot,de mindig megelőztek,ezért konfrontálódnom kellett a többi várakozóval....
I can only say good things about the clerk in the Office (if I remember Table 8 well), thank you for your correctness! The security guard and the receptionist did a good job too! to keep the distance of 1.5 meters while numbering, but they always preceded me, so I had to confront the other waiters ....
