Emeg kellemetlen volt.. I understand the parrots are loud, but we were inside a couple of minutes ago and the seller only specifically yelled at them, if anyone can't stand it, why are you working here? Emeg was uncomfortable.

i	istván andrejcsik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom az elöttem szólok hol voltak. De én csak jót tudok mondani. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak ott a lányok. Onnan van a nyuszink és mindent el mondtak mit kell a nyuszinak és mit nem szabad. Tiszták voltak az állatok és úgy bántak velük mintha sajátjuk lenne. Persze lehet drága, de egy plázában mi nem?! Ugy hogy én csak ajánlani tudom. I don't know where I was telling you where they were. But I can only say good things. The girls there were very kind and helpful. We have the bunny from there and they told me everything the bunny should and shouldn't do. The animals were clean and treated as if they were their own. Sure, it can be expensive, but what in a mall isn't it ?! So that I can only recommend.

Az akvarisztikai része borzalmas, a műnövények és a színes kavicsok kiakasztóak. There are many overpriced, poor quality products in the store. The staff did not reach any animals other than dogs or cats at all. The aquaristic part is horrible, with artificial plants and colorful pebbles hanging.

Első papagája volt és nem informálták róla hogy társas állat illetve utólagosan kiderült hogy nem adtak blokkot se . Egy hét után vissza mentek társat venni nekik kaptak is egy kecske papagájt mondva hogy tartható együtt a kettő, de az eladók alul informáltságuk miatt nem tudták hogy a nem azonos fajtáju papagájok nem egészítik ki egymást társként így sajnos a papagáj elhunyt depresszió miatt. Telefonáltam velük megkértem őket hogy vegyék vissza a hullámos papagájt hogy véletlenül se pusztuljon el az állat a magánytól majd közölték hogy nem veszik vissza. Mikor meg említettem hogy egy életről van szó a háttérben lévő kollegina felnevetett. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom ezt a helyet kezdő állat tartók számára! Jerk sellers, not animal friends at all. My brother bought a parrot from them two weeks ago. He was the first parrot and was not informed that it was a companion animal, and it was later revealed that no block was given. After a week they went back to buy a companion, they also got a goat parrot saying that the two could be kept together, but the sellers, because of their lack of information, did not know that parrots of the same breed did not complement each other so unfortunately the parrot died of depression. I phoned them and asked them to take back the wavy parrot so that the animal would not accidentally perish from the loneliness and then they told me they would not take it back. When I mentioned that it was a life, the colleague in the background laughed. I do not recommend this place at all for beginners!
D	Daniel Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. Fishes are healthy, and they have a nice selection. I have no idea about their inventory for other pets, but if you need anything basic for your aquarium, you might find it in this store.
