Azért mégis érdekelne a vezetőség véleménye az egy héttel ezelőtt történt esetről. 12.17-én délelőtt a nagyállomásra beérkező 18Y-os buszon elaludt egy idős (nem hajléktalan) bácsi. A sofőrjük üvöltözve ébresztette fel, és majdhogynem le is rugdosta a buszról... Neki szeretném üzenni, hogy: Bassza teherbe a narkós kurva anyját! És örüljön, hogy impotensnek született, mert ha lenne gyereke, biztos, hogy a busz után kötném és úgy húznám végig az egész városon! Remélem, még összefutok veled személyesen is! :) We can write a nice or obscene letter here. Then they shit our opinion! And it's true. On the morning of 12.17, an elderly (not homeless) uncle fell asleep on the 18Y bus arriving at the main station. Their driver woke me up and almost kicked him off the bus ... I want to message her: Fuck the mother of the drug addict! And rejoice that she was born impotent, because if she had a child, I would definitely tie up after the bus and pull it all over the city like that! I hope I even run into you in person! :)

A sofőrök olyan bunkók, hogy ha hátul akarok felszállni, akkor kiabálnak hogy menjek előre és mutassam meg a bérletem. (Amikor látja hogy tele van a taskam). Az ellene örök kifejezetten bunkók. Ha nincs nálad bérlet, kb így ordítanak le mint ha öltem volna. Amikor még van nálam bérlet, persze akkor se tudnak, se köszönni, se hozzám szólni. Valamikor még siettettnek is. A másik pedig az hogy egy roma családot úgy fel lökött az egyik ellenőr a villamoson, hogy én meg ilyet nem láttam. Az egy dolog hogy valaki Rasszista, de hogy ezt a munkájával keverje össze? Ez nagyon felháborító! ? Buses are usually delayed, missed, or arrive sooner. The drivers are so jerky that if I want to get in the back, they shout to go forward and show me my pass. (When you see my task is full). The eternal against him are specifically jerks. If you don't have a pass, they'll scream like this if I killed you. When I still have a pass, of course they can't say hello or talk to me. He was even in a hurry at some point. The other is that a Roma family was pushed up by one of the inspectors on the tram that I had never seen. Is it one thing to be a racist, but to confuse it with your work? This is very outrageous! ?

H	Hazem Soliman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inspectors are rude and they don’t even listen, I had my monthly ticket but I didn’t have the student ID so the inspector took my monthly pass and gave me a fine and everytime i tried justifying my issue he just kept talking over me and calling me names. They’re very racist

I just got into a tram as a visitor with friends and I was exchanging few words with them but the tram started moving. I entered from the mid back section. So I went up to the front to buy two tickets and I did as soon as the tram stopped because you can not find a ticket from the driver when it is moving. BUT on the same stop two inspectors came in right after I used my ticket. The first one checked and said thank you and went off but the other one checked again and told me I have to pay the fine because I didnt buy the ticket on the same stop I hopped on. I really tried to explain to them but it was ridiculous that I had to pay the penalty in the end!!!!! It was super upsetting customer service and bureacracy!!! I wanna give 0 star for DKV. Extremely poor service and unfairness

In first day tried to buy family ticket that they published about on their official site...but only two machines for tickets were in the city centre and both not working. The tram drivers are not selling different kind of tickets only one ticket for 400 huf. So it is robbery by the company to sell us 4 tickets for 1 ride by 1600 huf instead 2600 huf family ticket for 3 days unlimited ride. The machines stay disabled for all 5 days of our visit. One good thing that trams came on time and frequently.
